Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

This is by far the WORST Einstein's I've been to. I placed a mobile order and waited 37 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees while people who walked in and placed orders with multiple items (drinks, sandwiches and bagels) ALL got their items before I did. They took care of 10 cafe orders before even starting mine, and I had to remind them multiple times that I STILL hadn't gotten my order. One girl, with dark hair and clear glasses, was rude beyond belief. She handed me one sandwich (with zero sense of urgency, I might add because I'd already waited 27 minutes by this point and she walked slow like she didn't care) and when I asked about the second sandwich and coffees she laughed in my face and walked away. When she finally brought the second sandwich, I asked her for coffee cups AGAIN and she just looked at me and walked away. Went back after 6 months. Decided to give them another try and boy was I more disappointed than the 1st time. The asiago bagle still very blunt, barely any cheese. I'm unable to attach a pic but I wish you knew what it looks like. Looks like I'll still be driving to centennial or Sahara. Bummer!🥴 I was so excited to see this place Open about 1mile from my house. I thought finally I don't have to drive to centennial. Well! I was wrong. I would rather drive 20min to get a good bagle. I ordered the Santa Fe bagel and to the owner of this place, I gotta tell you, your asiago bagels is far from the bagel in centennial. Your badge barely had any cheese, it was cold and very chewy. You can't even compare this to the asiago bagle from Smith's. I know this is the beginning of you business and I really do wish you luck and hopefully in the future the quality of your bagel will improve. The staff is really nice tho....

Disappointing. Was excited for an Einstein to open close to me, I love the quality of their breakfast sandwiches and coffee. This location should be named “express” as someone else mentioned. Not only is there nowhere to wait in line or to wait for your order, but the quality and choices are so disappointing. For iced drinks it’s only cold brews, which is probably just coffee flavored drink. I usually get an iced latte, which are great, but the cold brew just tasted cheap. The breakfast sandwich was also a shell of the sandwich I’m used to getting at other locations. Got a bacon cheddar bagel and the bacon was so sparing and thin, like the bacon they use at cheap establishments. Everything is the same price but worse quality. Really a...
