Friday Night Fare. So I came to dinner and placed an order for dine-in: cashew chicken with steamed rice and chicken broccoli with plain fried rice (fried rice is an additional $3.50 charge). The food was served in plastic to go black containers except for the steamed rice, which was served on a flimsy white paper plate. Now, to the cashew chicken, it was topped a handful of raw cashews before serving by the cashier (no cleaning of the hands). The chicken broccoli looked as well as tasted the exact same as the cashew chicken. The difference was that the cashew chicken had zucchini, celery, and carrots. The chicken broccoli had carrots, broccoli (piled on top), and onions. Basically, I could mix the two entrees together and wouldn't notice a difference but the raw cashews. The worst case of money wasted. The veggies were good, though! Now, I have enjoyed various China A Gogo locations throughout the valley, and this by far is horrid. The customer service is extremely poor. The staff acted as though they didn't want us in the establishment. I will never patronize this...
Read more😔 Disappointing. Food quality was not good & the food just tasted off.I used to love China a go go back in the day, so I thought I would give it a try again. So I ordered Mongolian beef & Sesame chicken, both with fried rice. 1 LG egg drop soup, 2 veggie spring rolls, & 2 boba slushies. The Slushies where good but boba was hard. The chicken had gristle pieces in it & it was soggy and not crispy at all. The vegetables in the Mongolia beef where over cooked. It was a bunch of shreded carrots & bell pepper. It was missing the nice white onions, green spring onions & red chilies. you could tase the cornstarch it was like beef and gravy. The egg drop soup was lacking flavor like the broth was plain water & the texture was off. Definitely not worth 50$ total. I hate wasting food but it wasn't good at all. Honestly The spring rolls & rice was the only thing I ate the rest went in the trash. Whoever made are order put zero love & effort into making are order. Just in case your wondering I did a pick up order 45 min before closing, the drive is 3 min away & I'm not a...
Read moreBe careful with this particular location on Decatur and Ann Rd . They serve leftovers from a previous day. They gave me a hard time when I went back and complained about my fried rice being old and soggy and the chips they give you on the side having a rotten small like they had been fried in old spoiled Oil. I love china go go for the most part a have had good experiences and I love their food but I was really upset about this one location because I think they knew and rather than serve something fresh they tried feeding me old rice in order to save money. It's was humiliating and embarrassing and after that I didn't eat my fried rice with joy unfortunately Asian culture is not quite like ours when you have a complaint or there is something wrong with your food they apologize and go out of their way to make it right this employee at China go go was upset and rude I don't recommend this place and I am glad I can put this review on Google for people...
