Formerly known as Sunflower Vietnamese Restaurant. I was really excited for this place to reopen because I loved their veggie/tofu pho. I was hoping the possible changes of a new place wouldn’t completely take what I loved of the former restaurant and unfortunately I was left disappointed. The veggie pho I used to love is missing all the veggies. Where did the broccoli, squash, onions, scallions and mushrooms go? I paid extra tofu and got 7 pieces of tofu that look like they’d been sitting in broth. The tofu from before looked very different. The only veggies were a few pieces of celery, 3/4 pieces of carrots and another veggie I could not recognize. These few veggies and tofu were inside the container of broth which was weird because veggies should be next to the noddles so they can be added to the broth when ready to eat. The bag of sprouts/jalapeno/mint,etc. was also a lot less than before. I couldn’t even get the hoisin sauce out of the packet. My husband ordered the beef combination pho and was disappointed as well with the changes made to the pho he used to love from this place. As much as I missed this place and was so looking forward to trying my favorite pho again I will not be recommending...
Read moreOk...first time here for me & my fiancé. Place nice & clean. He ordered the special Bun Bo Hue but it was out...its not even 12 noon but it's out 😳 I had a bad feeling....so we ordered Pho...he asked for "large" but there's only 1 size 😳 So for 2 people the server brought out a TINY plate of BOILED beansprouts 😳 (dats wat d hot broth is for...to cook it) & old wilted basil...just basil no mint etc. Lime was cut into very small pieces no juice. This is my people's food so I have to be honest....the broth was very salty no aroma of anything...I don't taste the beef bones or any spices at all! The rare steak was very well done & the meatball was sliced into thin pieces 😳...I could not eat much at all so my fiancé ate all the meat in my bowl. Almost $40 which I can make a whole pot at...

I didn’t get any photos of the bobas we got I ended up just enjoying it! Try the Thai crème brulee it was INCREDIBLE. The service was great he had lots of smiles and the atmosphere is so nice and clean. There is limited seating so if you go at peak hours there might...
