Underground jiujitsu 702 — Local services in North Las Vegas

Hi everyone, I just wanted to write a review for one of the cleanest friendliest Best couches in Las Vegas! Underground 702 Jiu Jitsu who is under Jona that is from Cascao Schools. There are 3 classes a day one at 6:00-7:00 and S&C at 10:00-11:00 and than one more class at 19:00-20:30 and open mats on Saturday! Let me start with strength and Conditioning Class it was increasable I though I was well condition but I couldn't even complete one round! And I was training for the world Championships. The classes are in two parts the first one is showing technique and then we drill it and at the second part we Roll! I wanted to go to every class in the morning and launch time and night I think I was able to do it once or twice! The Jiu Jitsu school has some very High Level competitors leading by example from the head instructor Jona, who is a killer by the way! Ogi and Chi and Ramon they all have different style of game! all of them which are impressive! and they have a vast of experience and a massive library of information they can teach you and increase your game! At the day of my competition Jona and Ogi and Ramon where kind enough to come and support me with being my corner, I just have to mention that They gave me some crucial pointer at times in my competition that would have saved me points or the entire match! by the way I got 3rd place in my division and in Open class! And I could not have done it without them! Big Shout out to Arturo Jene who are also incredible people! they promised they will come and visit me! And Tina with a beautiful heart! I just have to mention that The culture and the atmosphere is very friendly and open and welcoming that their core values are family orientated! Honer Respect and dignity and I personally love that! they are more than just training partners or couches if you are lucky enough to spend time with them as I did you will begin to love them admire them and look up to them not only on the mats but also as beautiful people! kind generous thoughtful always looking out for each other Giving you rides to home and to the gym or driving you around! Who ever crosses paths with this Gym is very very lucky! If I lived in Las Vegas I would train in this gym! 100% Now I understand why people travel 1 or 2 hours to come train here even though they have Gyms right next to their house 😅 I would travel across 2 continents just to be able to train here again! I recently had the opportunity to attend a class at Undergrounf jiu jitsu while I was visiting from out of town, and I was thoroughly impressed. The school is led by Professor Jona, who is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable in Jiu-Jitsu. Despite being a one-time visitor, I felt immediately welcomed by Professor Jona and the entire class. His ability to convey complex techniques in a clear and accessible manner was remarkable. He patiently worked with each student, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their skill level, understood the principles and applications of the techniques being taught. Was in the Vegas area for a work trip and needed a place to train as I always travel with my Gi. I reached out to a couple of places and UJJ702 was one of the places that promptly got back to me. After failing to make it out to train due to scheduling conflicts, I was able to finally make it 2 days before the end of my trip and I really regret not being able to make it earlier in the trip.

The gym is clean and has a very family oriented vibe. I was met and greeted by Jona who got me a waiver and got me all setup. I had one of the best experiences training on the road with the immediate no nonsense warmup with the bands‼️. Class and live rolls were a great time. I stuck around, had a great conversation with Jona and getting to know him was a true honor. He leads by example, is a true warrior and I respect that. Anyone who steps foot at this establishment is in for a great experience.

I don't know if I'll ever be in Vegas again, but if I do.. I'll be back here to train! OSS!
