I went through the Chic Fil a Drive Thur. Server came to the intercom and I began to give him my order. He rudely stopped me and with the wrong tone asked for my name. I said my name is Linda then I proceed to give my order he continues to be rude in his tone of voice I had given him my order already. I proceed through the line, when I get to the front the young lady asked me my name I said Linda. She kinda had a look on her face, anyway I tell her the person who just took my order was being rude. She went inside grab my food she say "Sorry about that experience" I told her it was ok. I looked at my bag the name on the order was GRENDA has anyone ever heard of a GRENDA? He recited my name but continued to be rude to me evidenced by he didn't get my name wrong he was being rude and mean calling me GRENDA. I most certainly called in and reported him. It a nice place however in a more European American setting. What I want to tell Chic Fil a screen your employees for being racist towards other groups. I don't think he would have done that if I was European American with the current environment Chic Fil a Servers need to be nice to all its customers because it's the policy. And don't bring your politics to the microphone. I have not seen this kind of treatment in years and then to go as far as calling me GRENDA was the cherry in the Ice Cream I give him a ZERO for service. I have been there before and everyone was harmonious and happy. So this is not a bad review for them it's a bad review for HIM not anyone else. Tell him his Mama's name is GRENDA my name is Linda and this is a record of him being rude to an old lady he thought he could get away with being rude his service gave HIM 1 â but they really get 5 's based on everyone else...
   Read moreI just grabbed a to go order and watched a manager with a butterfly neck tattoo fill her personal tumbler with ice then shake it back into the ice holder after she had been drinking out of it. Pretty gross I hope they figure out the staffing situation because the food is amazing quality.
EDIT: I just gave this location another chance hoping they would have figured out the issues by now man was I wrong. I ordered 12 piece nugget, chic fila sandwich meal, and one stand alone sandwich. not only did they not give me the second sandwich I'm pretty sure my nuggets were double dipped or sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. I called the number requesting a refund for the single sandwich nothing else the representative was super rude monotoned and didn't seem to care at all.    Read moreThis location is ridiculous they need to get it together. We have mobile ordered on several occasions now and the process is a joke. The mobile lane is supposed to be faster "save time by ordering ahead" a lane dedicated to mobile orders and yet you sit and watch anywwhere from 4 to 8 people go through the regular lane ordering and getting to leave with their food as you sit and wait. Or better yet the mobile lane feeds into the regular lane and you get stuck. This is by far the worst location in Vegas, no excuses for being a new location. We have now on 4 occasions waited over 30 to 40 mins to get a mobile order with one of those times we had to lay on the horn just to get some assistance. Then when we got our food it was cold because it was sitting in the carryout area and all we got for the inconvenience was a brownie. This is...
