The food is always fantastic at Pancheros, that's never been in question, but Panchero's ability to manage mobile orders alongside regular customers is a complete nightmare for all sides involved. If you place a mobile order, do not trust the estimated time given to you by the app. I was told 5-10 minutes by Pancheros app for an estimated time, an hour later they hadn't even started working on my order, and had completely lost my ticket. I couldn't even get a refund when I asked to cancel because I was now running late for my plans at the time. On the other side of things, never before have I been completely ignored for several minutes by employees because they are working on mobile orders at a restaurant before, and this has happened MANY times (this is in no way the workers fault, do not blame them if this happens to you, they are told to get through mobile orders). The bottom line is pancheros needs to have a separate work station (like every other fast food place) to work on mobile orders, the way it is now is a complete nightmare that causes everyone to have to wait an extra 20...

My husband and I walked in and we're not greeted by staff at all the young man started putting together our burritos and I noticed that the table top was extremely filthy even though the place was dead. I tried to overlook it ,the beans were really dry on top and I tried to overlook that and continue to build my burrito. Staff was extremely unfriendly during this time. I continued to the salads portion of the burrito and staff was checking out a lady in front of me he proceeded to count money out to her and come and touch my burrito at that point it was a no-go for me, he didn't offer to remake the burrito but offered to change his gloves ( mind you he touched the burrito) and that was it, needless to say I walked out! normally I would have overlooked this except for the way the staff treated me, was absolutely ridiculous they were not friendly they were not appealing nothing was appeasing and the store was completely disastrous! it makes me extremely sad to have to leave a review this negative. I don't think hubby and I will be visiting...

Food is always great. Only problem is with the consistency of the servings. Should be the same size scoop of beans, meat, veggies every time I go. Unfortunately, I had to prompt the girl preparing my food to give me another scoop of veggies because the first scoop was pretty scarce and only including one slice of pepper, and a couple slices of onion. I want to be able to get more than one bite of veggies in my bowl. Same with the beans. I expect to have the same heaping scoop every time I go, not a small one here and there because they don't want to refill their stock right away.

I frequent this establishment about once a week because I work at another local small business and I love he convenience, the fast service, and the food always tastes great...when I get enough...
