The employees on the evening shift are terrible. I walked in, no one at the counter. No one said anything. I seen a bell on the counter we are supposed to ring so I did. It took the girl almost a minute to say “we will be with you in a minute”. I stood there for 6 minutes. I watched the screen counting down pizza orders, so it was 6 mins. I finally said “can someone please get my pizza there? I am in a bit of a rush.” No one answered. The girl came around a little later chomping on her gum really inappropriately and came over, started pushing buttons on the screen with a lot of attitude. Doesn’t even look at me and says loudly “last name.” No please, nothing. I said my last name clearly. She asked again I said it again. I was literally one of 3 orders on the screen. She then takes her time on the machine. Yells my first name very loud. I said yes. She just stood there chomping on her gum, cigarettes hanging out of her pocket and turns and grabs my pizza. Then walks over shoved it in my arms. Says nothing. I go to walk out the door and I said, what’s the managers name here? She said I don’t have to give you that. I said wow, ok. The guy that was there was also rude. He literally was standing at the back table doing absolutely nothing. I kept looking at him and he ignored me the whole time. He had looked like he had said something and I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear you. He snapped back and said I was singing a song with a disgusting look on his face. This place is terrible. They both need to not work at all if they are angry at the world. I think people forget, customers are what pays their paycheck. No one deserves to be...
Read moreI chose this location because it was on my way home from work and they've got some pretty good deals. I ordered a big box online, which was supposed to have two pizzas, wings, and breadsticks. I put in the order at about 9pm and I scheduled it for pickup at 10:45pm. During this time, I was not contacted at all about any problems processing my request. I arrived at the store at 10:30pm. The door chime rang, and no one came up front to see if I could be helped. I sat down, thinking that they were probably busy putting together my order. My phone rang at 10:35pm and it was a call from someone in the back of the store telling me that they ran out of something, which I couldn't understand because he was talking too fast. I asked him to meet me up front and he came out to tell me two things. First, they had ran out of the crust to make the pizzas, so he wanted my permission to make it on thin crust. Second, the deep fryer was not working, so they couldn't make the chicken. He then offered me something else, but told me it would be full price with the full wait time. I left...
Read moreI've ordered from pizza hut about 6 or 7 times since I moved to NL and everytime its been a fine experience, but this time wasn't very good, I wanted to do it all by phone but when I called I couldn't get one word in before they said "Pizza Hut, you're gonna have to hold". That wasn't really a big deal until I waited 10 minutes with no one answering. I decided to hang up and just do it online. I ordered everything, and when the time came I picked it up. When I walked in nobody was there so I rang the little bell. Someone came up and just held up his finger at me and went back to the kitchen. When he came back up I asked if it had been busy and he said no. I paid and went home, when I took the first bite of my pizza it wasn't very warm at all, and I live really close to the store. Not to mention there was very little pizza sauce at all. Ended up giving all of it to my boyfriend and the rest to the dogs. Think I'll do Papa...
