This place has went WAAYYY down hill from where it once was. If I could give less than one star I would. Their online presence DOES NOT represent what they actually have to offer, what comes with meals, or what it cost. The building is FILTHY inside and out. I saw a review about a week ago stating the freezer was out. It's still out to this day, a week later. So that means they don't have any frozen stuff (hushpuppies, okra, shrimp, etc.) but they still charging you for that in the meals. The Coca-Cola dispenser is out, looks like its been like that for a while. A simple call to the Coca-Cola man will have them out there to fix it. Sorry, y'all, but I just LOVE this place. Yes, it's small, and it's not by any means fancy, but I've been stopping here for the past 15 years, service has always been good and the taste of the food is simply unbelievable! If your in the area and your wanting some good wings or pork chops or catfish than you'd better come here! Don't mess with the big name fancy places, stick to the best place I know of in the COUNTRY, yes I said in the country! I drive a truck over the road I travel from California to New York, from Florida to the Canadian border and I'm not going to say THERE IS NO BETTER WINGS, but I can tell you hand on the Bible if there is any better anywhere, I've not found them!! We have been getting our superbowl order here every year for the past 10 years or more. Every year we drive 46 miles to pick them up. We never had a problem until today. We received the wrong order. They where so spicy we could not eat them. First we where offered a refund. Then the manager told the employee to give us a discount on our next order instead. When i asked to speak to the manager she said that she was to busy. Then I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was at the Little Rock location. Called the little Rock location and was told he was not there and he would not be back. We will never be back. As a business owner myself I know your employees can make or break you.
