U.S. Pizza Co. Levy — Restaurant in North Little Rock

We love US Pizza Co.! The ONLY complaint I have is that I order online a lot and frequently request dressing on the side and/or order (and pay for) extra dressing, only to arrive home to discover that it had been forgotten. They even say when they hand the sack over that the dressing is in there. Sometimes it is, but more often than not it is missing or incorrect. I love their house dressing of course, but their Caesar dressing is amazing, too! When they give it to me. ;-) Also, they have a sign up at the window that advertises that they now have pie for $4.99, so I added one of each last time. I don't recommend that - they were tiny processed packaged discs that were perfectly "okay," but WAY overpriced for what they were. But the bread sticks are amazing, sandwiches are great, salads are really good, pizza is alright, and the drive through is convenient even with the construction. I don't know why anyone would spend money at Subway when you can get a sandwich here that is 100% better for the same price or less! I get the Caesar salad often and the lettuce is always fresh and cold - last time it even had too much chicken on it for my taste - and they're not stingy with the parm. This is for MAUMELLE!!!! Great food. HORRIBLE DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE. DON'T drive away without checking your order. Past five times FOUR out of FIVE were not right.. Way off. Stay in line and make sure you have what you ordered. For some reason, they can't can't discern between Rye and whatever the Hoagie is. I drive over 25 miles and back home to feed my elderly parents and it is too much bread for them to chew. That is why I go over it Twice or more to get it correct with the person I place the order with. Guess that is too complicated for the staff. My Advice...drive down the road to American Pie and walk in and get what you order. This cannot be this hard, to get straight, this many times. Once yes, but consistently... They waste and spend my time, trying to call back and get it correct. I will say this, the last three times they comped my order..but that is not what I wanted. I was still left to go after food for my folks. Go someplace else or check your order before you drive off. Great pizza and salads...and sandwiches. Friendly staff. Low key, friendly environment. Not a place to go meeting new people or socializing, but for you or a group to get together with good food, nice personal space, and feeling like you are being taken care of in your own environment, not a zoo of people and noise. Service is fast enough to do on lunch break while still maintaining quality. Reliable Unique and delicious pizza recipes as well. Always great for take out too when u don't wanna cook. Not greasy as far as pizza is concerned. Always forget about them but glad when I remember.
