Shark’s Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in North Little Rock

Wow, what can I say. It was very unexpected. But, where it's located; I wasn't surprised.

So, when I went order my food from the menu; I saw that they had a 3 piece whole wings and fries combo. I figured I'd be good. Well as I was just about to pay, I see that they had another flyer with a menu that had lunch specials and on the specials; there was a special for a 5 piece whole wings and fries. I thought to myself, let me just order this instead. I kindly asked lady if I could change the order, which shouldn't have been an issue. Welp, I guess I thought wrong. Her response to me was, "That's a 5 piece, you ordered a 3 piece". 😳😳 I stood there in amazement and chuckled to myself, "only in the hood". 😂🤣

Anywho, I saw that they sprinkled some type of seasoning on their food. Well, let me say they pour heavily...lol I told her that she could go easy on mine because I didn't want to die from a sodium overdose. 😊😊

Great burgers, not those frozen tasteless patties. I love them, enjoyed with fries or onion rings you can't go wrong with either.

UPDATED: 01/21/2024 Two of us ladies asked our church van driver(s) if he could stop at Shark's so we could get something to eat. We were going to treat everyone but they decided thru would treat us instead 🙌🏽. Each one of us placed our orders and our driver paid for them. Our cashier began placing three orders into one bag and became a little perturbed when explained that we were ALL going to separate places and therefore could she please put them in separate bags. We even offered to pay for separate bags. However, once she received a tip (not required) from one of the ladies, she got a little "syrupy". Am I wrong for thinking that Common Sense JUST Ain't...

I love love love sharks! To me it's the only place to get fish. Unfortunately for me I tried the pike location tonight. The hot sauce and cocktail sauce both tasted weird. The fries were soggy. The hush puppies were mushy. The shrimp was just ok. The okra was good but it's hard to mess that up unless you burn them. The fish looked totally different. The breading was off. The taste was off. There was barely any of the seasoning on anything. Oh and no bread! They said it's only available upon request. Well if every other location automatically serves it how am I to know I have to ask for it! Should have driven 48min to oceans...
