Chaps — Restaurant in North Little Rock

The place is great to do kereoke. The BARTENDER Name Scott Will Reap you off. Friday the 29. We went to play pool and kereoke. He reap us off of 60.00 dollars. We gave a credit card. We charge only 14.00 dollars on it. We started paying With cash. Well the other bartender sall SCOTT Not ranging up one of my order. I gave Scott a 20.00 dollars to pay for are dranks. He went and did not rang up are sail. He come back and said that I old him .50cen. That is when the other BARTENDER realize that he did not rang up the sail. So when he came back and said that I didn't give him the $20.00. I only gave him $10.00. So I call my partner up there. And he told Scott that I only hade $20.00. Getting back to are card he took the cash and put it on are card. I told him not to put no more on the card. So when the night ended. We got are card back thanking that we only had $14.00 charge on it. So the next day went to get some stuff. An was told that there was no money on it.so we got a copy of charges. And it said that there was $50.00 something charge to the card. So that told us that Scott took the money and put it on the card. So don't let Scott wait on you. Something should be done to him. Staff is nice but I can't say the same about the patrons . Hard to be friendly to people who act like clones of Regina George I felt so out of place an unwanted there. I didn't know if it was an exclusive bar to the group I heard about but if you can overlook the rude patrons and ther snooty attitude the place has a charm that I would love to revisit without the feeling I'm being asked to leave by cold stares or the rude rejection even though I only gave a compliment try being nice an it bites you. What a great place to spend time with your friends and even create new friendships! Chaps is a great place to be after unwinding after work, an event, or even to just chase your blues away. There is pool, darts, a private patio, and even a jukebox where you are in charge of what is played through out the night. I had a really great time and met so many people!!!
