If I could give this place a negative zero I would! Me and my mother have been waiting at the drive thru to get our orders taken for 10mins! The young lady told us to hold on and never came back. I decided to call the store to find out if they were busy on the inside. The young woman who picked up didn’t speak not one freaking English and gives the phone to a man. I asked him do you speak English and he said yes. So, I asked are you guys busy on the inside and he’s like what?! Are you guys serving a lot of people on the inside, the man hangs the phone up on me. That’s when I took the initiative to go inside and find out what’s going on. When I tell you these co-workers were just leaning against the counter and registers, having a group conversation in the back, doing absolutely nothing! The only person I seen doing their job was the guy that was throwing out the trash!!!!!!!!! I asked the guy who was at the counter can I speak to a manager, he walks to the back and comes to the front with a dumbfound look on his face like he doesn’t understand the words M-A-N-A-G-E-R! I said don’t worry about it and walked out. Another thing there was a car that pulled up behind us after I walked into the restaurant, who also left once they seen that I had walked out of the restaurant to get into a vehicle that was waiting at the drive thru speaker. Maybe you guys need to reconsider about WHO you hire and retrain or fired the ones that are working there now. Extremely horrible disgusting bad customer service here. I would NEVER come back to this specific location again!
