If I could I would leave NO STARS! First of all they have no interpersonal skills and lack professionalism. The daughter has a nasty attitude as if you the customer owe her. Secondly the daughter put a perm in my natural hair and half my head took the other side didn’t. The ends were still puffy. I paid $125 for a relaxer and have my hair styled just for the stylist to go all scissor happy and now my hair is uneven all over. I went to a new stylist and she is extremely upset with how bad and uneducated this “stylist” was. This salon DOES NOT care about hair care and maintenance. They only care about the money. Steer clear of them. Your hard earn money is not valued. But if you want to throw your money away and don’t care about proper hair care knock yourself out and go to this train wreck. She even left a fake review of this salon under the name “Mimi sunshine” and it leads right back to her...

Im not new to this salon. Everytime before last week I was pleased with my cuts. I usually go to the mom but she was booked and I needed an appointment before my anniversary dinner. So I bookes with her daughter. She ensure me the style I wanted is what I will get. She went scissor happy and cut all of my hair off. I also told her I didn't want curls because I work in the sun. She gave me everything I didnt want. Curls and a Pixie cut. I was super upset I had to go to another styles just to add tracks what I didn't want to do. I wont be returning.

Side note: The mom Michele does an amazing job...

I went to this salon yesterday to get my hair cut for the first time in years needless to say I was very dissatisfied I showed the first stylist how I wanted the cut which was a style that had the sides low and more hair towards the front and she communicated this with the main stylist and end the end she got scissor happy and cut off way too much of my hair. I never leave bad reviews but the service was dry the stylist didn't ask questions along the way nothing I will not be returning...
