I bought a pocket door from this company and I only had bad experiences from delivering the door to my condo the driver didn't have COI which created big issue delivering the door, then I added a guided groove cut and it wasn't center cut which also was brushed off as it is not important ,and after I installed the door, the soft-door mechanism broke after 2 days only. which look the cheapest material used in that soft-door mechanism and the aluminum track that was provided, it will cost now over $700 labor and hardware to replace the cheap track and close mechanism , I paid over $1,100.00 for this so called premium quality .so far it is cheap knockoff . I do advice for everyone who is going to buy from this company .be very careful and try to find the product you want to buy, from another company don't waste your money as it will cost you a lot of time and...

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with United Porte located @ 16779 N. Miami Ave regarding the recent installation of a door at my residence on 10/22/2024 .

As a note the purchase was 2274.80 USD

During installation it was discovered that the glass in the door was broken .

After numerous attempts to contact United Porte to rectify these issues, they responded to fix the issue but up till now nothing has been done. It's been 3 months now

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of customer service I have experienced. I urge United Porte to take responsibility for their faulty product and provide a satisfactory resolution, which should a door replacement . I have attached Photos as evidence of the defects.

The workers at Miami Showroom were simply amazing to work with. The process of getting the door installed was effortless and done with no trouble on my part. The price I was offered was fair compared to other companies. As the product was delivered to me, they came just as I expected. My doors are such high quality and I love how good it looks in my home. I know at times installations can be very messy and be done poorly but that is not the case with this. When it was time to install in my house, the installers arrived at the promised time and started to install my doors. Everyone was very polite and the job was done in a timely manner.
