Terrible SERVICE! I ordered online so I used both my accrued points and cash because I ordered more food. I used my points and ordered pizza and wings well done. The driver showed up and and only had wings, I advised him that some one had called & verified the order. He the stated that I can take the wings or leave it.... Because he won't be returning.
I asked him ( the Driver: Jean) to contact the store and he refused to do so, he told me to call the store myself.
I then advised him the order was wrong he then wen to his car put the bag in the passenger seat got into his driver seat and drove away. I've been called the store to advise of the incident and spoke with someone named Tiffany, she advised that she only saw the wings and it was my fault that the order was not placed. I advised her that a representative called me and verify the order, and they actually called because they did not have the rub / seasoning that I wanted on the wings and ask me what else did I want. Tiffany / talk to me the entire conversation and advised me that she will not replace my order, she been stated that it was again my fault. I advised her that my charge my card was charged and when was my money going to return, she yelled out you will have to wait for it for 3 to 5 business days. then she hung up the phone on me I called the store back seven times and she continuously hung up the phone and when she didn't hang up she put me on hold, and then hung up the phone. I am utterly disgusted with Pizza hut I spend way too much money with your organization to be treated as such. I was advised that the store manager's name is Greta no one would put her on the phone, they advised constantly that she was not there and I am angered at the amount of money that I spend with your company and to be disrespected and treated this way. I will post it on every single forum and it advise EVERYONE that I know that your organization does not respect customers. This is not the first time that this issue has happened I've ordered pizza twice in April and the same thing occurred, which resulted in me still paying for it and having to go to the store to pick it up. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION EVER AGAIN, AND FOR MY CORPORATE EVENTS THAT MY JOB SPONSORS I WILL ADVISE THEM AS WELL TO NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION.    Read moreIâve ordered from Pizza Hut all the time and it was my first time using this store. They canceled my order without telling me. I noticed 3 missed calls from a known number and when I call itâs them saying that since I didnât answer the third call they canceled my order. I have order from Pizza Hut, dominoâs, and papa johns and never have a had an order canceled because I didnât answer the call because they need to confirm my address. I ordered online and put the address that Iâve always used without any issue at all. Thatâs total bs they just donât want to work so they call and when you donât answer they cancel your order to not do the delivery. Supposedly the person I was talking to astin or Austin is the manager he is very rude and has no professionalism at all.
