One of the worst managers on planet earth, he cut me off and talked over me constantly. Refused to refund my money even though I had the cold hard food and the receipt. I called the store after i got home and no one answered. He never apologized and def needs some customer service training. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. he treated me as if I didn’t matter and the customers in line behind me were more important. Definitely did not resolve issue or attempt to make me feel satisfied. He replaced my food when I didn’t want it replaced all I wanted was a refund. He didn’t even bring a drink or ask if I need any sauces or ketchup. He actually suggested that I move out of the drive thru and walk up to the window in the rain ! Worst manager ever ! In no way did he attempt to achieve customer satisfaction- so I can only imagine how he manages the employees. I ordered with a smile & American currency. But when I returned 5 minutes later with and incorrect order she pretended not to understand.
