Checkers — Restaurant in North Miami

One of the worst managers on planet earth, he cut me off and talked over me constantly. Refused to refund my money even though I had the cold hard food and the receipt. I called the store after i got home and no one answered. He never apologized and def needs some customer service training. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. he treated me as if I didn’t matter and the customers in line behind me were more important. Definitely did not resolve issue or attempt to make me feel satisfied. He replaced my food when I didn’t want it replaced all I wanted was a refund. He didn’t even bring a drink or ask if I need any sauces or ketchup. He actually suggested that I move out of the drive thru and walk up to the window in the rain ! Worst manager ever ! In no way did he attempt to achieve customer satisfaction- so I can only imagine how he manages the employees. The Checkers manager ruins the fas food experience with her rudeness and unprofessionalism. As a leader she should set a grand example. Instead, she's been condescending several times. I ordered with a smile & American currency. But when I returned 5 minutes later with and incorrect order she pretended not to understand. A coworker(of her's) indicated that she does speak English ,I was hurt but not surprised. Well I stand up at the service window cause they said the drive thrust service wasn't available wait 30 minutes for the lady to take my order, just tu tell me they don't have meat that mean burger wasn't available I ordered wings she told me 15 minutes that was a lie cause I waited for 35 more minutes just tu tell me because of the fries I have to wait 5 to 10 more minutes but I saw a lot of customer come after me and leave before me ,at that point I ask for the money back an hour and half missed, for a bad and rude customer service ladies in there look like they don't want to be there if they hate to work they just should stop an find a better job I do no recomend this place at...
