I know my stars don't make sense and will not add up properly but I will be revisiting that particular Subway in the next day or two because I have questions about the bill. Maybe it's me, but the sandwich with the most on and the only 12-inch was only 60 cents more than a 6-inch with the same bread and the only condiments of a touch of oil and salt and pepper! The other 6-inch was the same price also with specialty bread and lots of condiments. I just need it explained, that's all... also, next time when I order for someone and you say extra something, watch to make sure, it's really extra! They showed me the extra and that person had barely a regular amount on their sandwich! When you're buying lunch, and someone asks for something special which is so simple of an ask, you feel like you really let them down or it looks like you actually forgot so it's your fault and there is nothing to say. He waited an additional 15 minutes for our order (3 subs), and then brought it home. Mine was made incorrectly so I called the store to ask them to fix the issue. Kaitlin (unsure of spelling) said they could only fix it if they had the sandwich and receipt. I thought cool! When he was done eating he went back up there to get a new one made she continued to make it the same exact way it was made the first time. He noted to her that it wasn't supposed to have onions or peppers so she JUST PICKS IT OFF AND SENDS IT OUT TO HIM LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL. 🤯 Im absolutely mind blown because people with allergies should definitely be aware!! I immediately called the store and had spoken to a young man. Who told me he was the one who made the order. He then told me he would not refund me. But, would keep may name for a later date for the other part of the sub. Well I decide to just return for the rest of the sub and also return the churro. The churro was hard and not edible. I have to say the young lady who helped me was an absolute gem. She made our sub over and was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately the churro was a waste and just ended up in the trash.
