Love the Thin Crust Supreme Pizza and the Pepperoni Stuffed Crust is also Great. I L♡VE the Pizza Sauce 😎 I only wish that the 1 marinara & 2 garlic butter sauces I Purchased .. . .. and also Tipped the Gal behind the counter, who placed my order...a $1.50 - and *Specifically Made the Point for her to *NOT FORGET MY SAUCES. And then Pointed at the money for the marinara sauce cuz i had already paid for my 2 *Specialty pizzas & 2 garlic butter sauces and an order of Crazy Bread as well~ So i got her attention and said, "This is my $1.06 for my Marinara and This is a $1.50 tip for You. So Please *Remember my Sauces w/my order, okay!¿ 😉 she said okay back to me. They brought my order outside to me cuz i was texting on my phone, which was FANTASTIC! As i was driving home on Construction Zone roads... i thought to myself that they must put the sauces Inside the Pizza Boxes. But i googled their #, and a male worker, apizza maker/baker & manager? Maybe.. Anyways, i asked Him If they put the Sauces in the boxes w/the pizzas. He told me that No.. that usually don't do that So i asked him to ask The two girls, female employees behind the counter if they were in the boxes . . . He answered that he didn't know if my sauces were sent w/my order or not. I said that I *Know That... can you ask the girls behind the counter if i Have Them... or Do i Need to Come Back There to Get Them. Again, he told me that he was unsure if they were with my order or not. I was Frustrated at That Point... because It was Obvious To Me.. That He Was Not Paying Attention to My Specific Question and *Request for Him to Ask the Girls cuz My Sauces were On rhe Counter when i had Stepped Outside .. .. and i had even asked him if he Could SEE MY SAUCES STILL ON THE COUNTER OR NOT..By That THIRD TIME OF GETTING THE EXACT SAME ANSWER FROM HIM, WHICH STILL DIDN'T LET ME KNOW IF I NEEDED TO TURN AROUND & GO BACK FOR THEM OR NOT .. . .. I JUST SAID, "DUDE, FORGET IT!" and i hung upthe phone and Continued to Drive Home to Feed My Family. Ah, i Think If He Is a Manager or Assist. Manager .. . . He NEEDS SOME MORE TRAINING ON *LISTENING TO HIS CUSTOMERS AND TRY HIS BEST TO NOT ONLY PAY MORE ATTENTION TO WHAT a CUSTOMER ASKS HIM or WANTS FROM HIM.. (like a Yes or No Answer To a Specific Question Would Be Nice!) And He Should ALSO Do His Very BEST TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES THAT ARE PUT BEFORE HIM & HELP OUT HIS CUSTOMERS Both QUICKLY & REPECTFULLY So They Are Taken CARE OF PROPERLY AND LEAVE THE RESTAURANT *HAPPY & SATISFIED! even If He Us NOT IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION. i missed my sauces!! 😒. Besides not getting anywherw at all with rhe Male Employee & the Gal Forgetting my sauces After getting Tipped so it would give her an incentive to *PLEASE NOT FORGET.... the Food was TERRIFIC, but The Employees NEED TO GIVE *ALL OF THEIR ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS IN THE RESTAURANT AND ON THE PHONE ... INSTEAD W/ONE ANOTHER- CARRYING ON CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN THEM, SO I HAD TO POINT OUT TWO TIMES ABOUT MY MARINARA $ I LAID ON THE COUNTER AND ALSO RO MY EXTRA INCENTIVE THAT WAS BASICALLY NO HELP AR ALL FOR ME. SORRY.. BUT I WORKED W/RHE PUBLIC FOR MANY YEARS... Perhaps CEASARS SHOULD UPDATE SOME OF THEIR *TRAINING TATICS AND INSTRUCTIONS ... Especially If Two of the Three Employees were LEFT W/O a *Manager or Person In Charge That KNOWS THE JOB BOTH INSIDE & OUT. *I Realize that Low-Paying Posisrions are Hard to Fill with Good Workers. .. those kids were alright.. they just NEED A LITTLE MORE TRAINING, THEN PERHAPS A RAISE TO KEEP THEM HAPPY & ON THEIR TOES ALL...
Read moresorry this is so long, but before you go to this location please read this. it was about brunch time when we ordered and by the time we got it, it was already passed 1PM. this absolutely ruined my mom and I's day. don't get me wrong little ceasers has great food, but I will never be coming to this location again, the location that is most convenient to me. I will now be driving 20 minutes to a different little ceasers. the one on Whitehall road has terrible management. we ordered our pizza, and they said it would be about 15-20 minutes it took us about 10 minutes to get there, and we waited in line for about 20 minutes before the people even acknowledged that we were sitting there, honking our horn and knocking did not do the trick, multiple times. and then when they finally acknowledged us, they said it would be a couple minutes, about 15 minutes later again he came back to the window and tried handing us our pizza, keep in mind we ordered one CHEESE pretzel pizza, one crazy bread and one jalapeno cheese dip. he then proceeds to hand us two pizzas, stuffed crazy bread, a marinara, and the cheese dip. well we told Joseph D we only got the one pizza so he took the other, and then we open our pizza to make sure it was right. it wasn't, they gave us pepperoni. the lady working with him even confirmed that we had ordered a cheese one. so they say it'll be a little bit longer he's currently "boxing the pizza" well then about 10 minutes later he comes back out "the pizzas in the oven now", okay well I thought you were currently boxing it? another 15 minutes goes by and we're like okay where's our pizza, THEY NEVER MADE IT. they continued to ignore us, and say that they were too busy inside, oh so only four customers coming in within a duration of an hour is too busy? meanwhile you lost over 15 customers in the drive through because you couldn't get ours right and these teens missed their lunch and were late getting back to school because of it. they also kept trying to force the pizzas we didn't order on us, saying it was a different one but each time it was the same one. we eventually finally got home, and neither of what we got was right. the bread sticks weren't even right, they were stuffed, and the pizza wasn't only pepperoni, but it also didn't have the salt on the crust, AND ITS BURNT, NOT JUST THE CRUST BUT THE PEPPERONI AS WELL, ANDDDD the pizza barely had cheese on it. pepperoni makes my mom sick, and that's all she could taste was burnt pepperoni. also the pizza was so bad my dog who loves everything wouldn't even eat it. my mom asked for a refund and actually got it back. with how their service was going we weren't so sure. and they were also being very rude with their attitudes and looks. Everytime im at this little ceasers they have NEVER had the same people working there, I've never once seen the same worker more than once. if you decide to come here good luck because I won't ever go again. they never get orders right and it tastes like crap. I highly recommend going to the little ceasers on Colby instead, management is better, and the food is always fresher and better tasting, they also actually listen to what you have to say. they did not offer a refund we had to ask for it, and not once did they ever say sorry for the wait which is what a good business is supposed to do. and we also had to wait another 15 minutes just for the refund acknowledgement. this was...
Read moreHonestly go any where else other than here. Take the extra time to drive to either the location on Apple or even head north to the Whitehall one. Hell, order a custom pizza oven from Italy and have it shipped over seas and it would probably still get you pizza faster. I can't rate the food, because I've never been able to actually get an order completed. I have given this place 3 chances in the last year. All different times and days. I have both called to place an order and tried online, they give you a time to pick it up either way. You can't do hot and ready because they literally never have any. So you show up when the order is supposed to be complete, and it's not done. No big deal it can surely just be a few minutes wait. That's absolutely no problem at all. But when I show up at the time they told me to, on three separate occasions, and I'm told my food is in line waiting to get made and it's going to be at least 45 more minutes, that's ridiculous. Here's the entire interaction summarized from memory: Me: arrives. Hi I have a pick up. Worker: what's the name? Me: gives name Worker: oh that's not ready until 1:06 Me: I know, it's 1:10 so I figured i would see if it was ready for pickup. Worker: extra snippy now. that is in line to be made and will be at least 45 minutes, probably closer to an hour and a half. Me: that doesn't really work for me, since it isn't even made can we just do a refund. Or do you have any hot and ready available that I could swap to? Worker to manager: HEY SO AND SO THIS GUY WANTS A REFUND manger: what's the problem Me: pizza is supposed to be done now, he just informed me I'm looking at closer to an hour and a half from now. That doesn't work for me I need a refund. Manager: well ya know it's only three of us and we're working hard back there.. Me: I understand that, but I have a hungry 4 year old niece at home that I promised pizza, I can't wait another hour. Manager: fine here's your refund, throws receipt at me You need to leave. Me: drives to apple location has pizza in 10 minutes.
I know that sounds like I'm leaving stuff out, I wish I was. The service here is literally so bad, you have to assume I'm leaving things out because this interaction is baffling. And other than having a receipt thrown at me and told to leave is the same thing that has happened 2 other times. I worked in food service for 10 years, I know sometimes things go wrong. That's why I gave so many chances. This place seems to be running exactly how they want it to though because despite the bad reviews, nothing changes. I am at a loss how this franchisee can run this location so badly but less than 15 minutes south have one of the best Little Caesars I've ever been too. Please do better. My fat self doesn't want to have to drive further for the same thing you should be able to provide here.
PS: this is obviously a management problem. Your teen workers are trying their best but clearly are being failed by both management and the franchisee. I was patient, never got irritated or mad. I'm guessing they meet a bunch of people who would rather just scream at them. What kid would want to work under these conditions, no wonder there was only 3 people working. Do better...
