Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in North Palm Beach

Here on vacation. Tired from traveling and just wanted a couple of pizzas. They brought the wrong pizza and none of the extras we ordered. Called back and manager said they would make it right. Well that was two phone calls and 1.5 hours ago. Not happy at all. Will be sending corporate a letter!!! So I have made my 5th phone call in 3 hours to this place. They have lied to me the entire time. They never made another pizza to replace the one they screwed up. I was told 3 different times that it was on its way. Talked to a second manager that told me it was never mentioned. I asked him the name of the other manager that lied to me, "I can't recall" is what I was told. So Ryan, the manager that gave his name wanted to charge me full price for the correct pizza, even though I had paid $30 for the wrong order. I told him I would not. I told him I wanted the correct pizza in 30 minutes. He told me it would take another 1.5 hours. He then tried to have me pay a delivery fee for a pizza that would take 1.5 hours to get. Once again, no. I was then offered a credit???? seriously!!! So a little over 3 hours after I made my original order I gave up. Great job Papa Johns. Are you kidding...

WORST EXPIRIENCE EVER!!!!! I pre ordered...PRE ORDERED pizza for my kid's class party. I placed the order at 9:45 am for 1:45 delivery. I was initially happy with them because I forgot to ask them to party cut the pizza, I called and a gentleman assured me it would be done, so I had high spirits. Fast forward to drop off time, I gave them a 10 minute window. I called the school at 1:55.....no pizza. I all of a sudden get a tracker text from PJ and it literally showed the driver driving everywhere AROUND the school but not to the school... I legit watched for 2 minutes before calling the store. I called the store to inquire (again, this is for a kid's party so it needed to be there some time ago) and the manager snapped at me!!!! over the pizza I PAID FOR!!!! he hung up and I guess called the delivery driver, he calls me back and goes off again!!! he kept saying he doesn't care, he doesn't need, he doesn't want... but not once did he calm down!!! I NEVER raised my voice at him!!! and he snapped at me for no reason. I ordered from them because I expected much more than I got. Will never order from here again... Just trashy behavior for...

After being put on hold 3 time for more then 15 mins each I then ordered my food online because my wife really wanted there cookie 45 mins later cam to pick it up and still a another 45 min wait what?!?!? As I set there I watch 10 calls come though talking about how they didn't get there pizza and the staff looking around lost with 15 pizza that they don't know where they go I wise I could add the picture. On my way out I saw 1 worker in the back smoking maybe on a break while the store goes up in flames and 2 more setting in there cars with pizza in the back talking and text on the phone so ssad to see this happen thank God I'm only visiting for a week .

Update * after finally getting my food and got on the road still didn't get the right food *

Update * thank God the owner was there when I made it back he handle everything great for that I changed my review to 2 stars if I was him he should reevaluate his lack of motivation workers. I only saw two workers that really cared ,one of the cashier and the pizza crust...
