I've been eating a dairy Queen for years at many different ones in different cities and states and this is the only one that I see that never lives up to the upside down policy for their blizzards this proves the thickness of the blizzard and that it won't fall out. Also, they always have put the domed tops for the excess ice cream. Well at this location that is never the case there's always a flat top on top of the blizzard and the extra I've seen either eaten by the staff and made for themselves for later and typically they skimp on the toppings. Tonight I came in to get a blizzard for my wife and myself any young lady comes to the register to take my order with a mop in hand and then while I'm speaking the order she just says Wait a minute and walks off and then comes back again while giving me the little red number she just drops in front of me rather than handing it to me and walks off moments later I'm reproached by a young man with the blizzards top smashed on top of the ice creams. Food is either always looking like it's been sitting out and it's never fresh or the ice cream is runny. The only convenience about this place is that it's close to my house. And all my years of going to dairy Queen I've never had such a poor experience than when I come here. Next time I come I'll be back for my free blizzards this time I'm not going to keep paying for...
Read moreI recently ordered through Uber eats and when we got our delivery my combos were missing drinks and my blizzard was missing the extra toppings I paid for. I contacted the store and asked to speak to a manager and when I spoke to her she said she prepared our order and her computer didn’t show any drinks or toppings. But the receipt from dairy queen that she stapled to the bag not only showed that they were combos (combos come with drinks) but the flavor of beverage for each combo. It also clearly showed the extra toppings I paid for as well. So how can her computer not show her but the receipt she printed out can? when I stated that I was missing items she got the biggest attitude and told me to call Uber eats to handle it and hung up. I was a waitress for over 10 years, I know mistakes happen when busy or when it’s close to closing time (like when I ordered) people get tired and sloppy and just want to hurry up so they can leave. But when a customer asks about the missing items you don’t yell at them and give them an attitude and hang up. She was completely unprofessional and rude. It’s shocking because management is supposed to set an example of behavior to their staff. What is her behavior...
Read moreWe went through drive-through and ordered our meals for the family of four. After the drinks were handed over to us, I had to ask for my large drink with my meal to which the kid working the window looked at the screen, realized that he had messed up and rolled his eyes, before handing me my drink with the lid only halfway on spilling all over my hands and arm.
I was then asked to pull forward and he would bring our food out… 10 minutes later went inside to ask and inquire about our order, To a response of oh you’ve been sitting in the drive-through for a long time waiting as if it was a big joke and was told that our food had actually been sitting there waiting for us!
Asked for no mustard or pickles on the kids meals, since they do not like them, both kids meals had extra pickles and a ton of mustard squirted onto it, to which my kids refused to eat because … mustard and pickles!
Food Quality has gone down, I hope they either better train their staff or get better staff Working the drive-through!
I however will not return to this location due to the lack of caring and attitude drive through...
