After 10 minutes of trying to read the small poorly hand written menus board. I saw 2 burritos, chicken or beef for $10.99. The 10.99 looked like 10.00, I told the nice young lady at the order desk I wanted the two burritos for $10. One beef and one chicken. And she said my bill was $14.96. No drink. When I questioned the amount a man stepped to the counter and shook his finger at me telling me i was wrong and i should have ordered a number 5. So apparently they penalize their customers $3.00 if you dont immediately understand all 40 or 50 menus items. When my order arrived the man handed me a bag.( I had ordered it to eat there. ) shook his finger at me again and angrily said 2 burrito ,1 chicken,1 beef. At that point i thought it better that I just leave and drive home to eat it. When I arrived home I picked up the bag, wich had disintegrated from the amount of water in the beef burrito. After cleaning the greasy beef broth off my seats. I went into my house, tried to separate the dissolved paper from the beef burrito, heated it and sat down to the most disgusting thing I have ever had to eat. After di secting this horrible concoction and realizing it was 40% green peppers,20 % green tomatoes, 30 % water,5% in recognizable beef, and 5 % mixture of wrapper and tortilla. I threw it in the garbage where I belonged. Since I was still hungry ( even though I was a bit sick to my stomache) I decided to heat and eat the chicken burrito,2 bites an I realized it was 90% overcooked, overpriced rice. Another contribution to the garbage can. Now, an hour and a half later I'm throwing up and have terrible stomach cramps. I'll be in touch with the health department in...
Read moreHonestly would love to give them zero stars. I have been going to this restraunt for years. Never had an issue til tonight. I went through and ordered a plain on ground beef burrito and a horchata. Total came to almost 18 dollars. The guy working charged me for extra beef when I asked for beans to be added. I went back through the drive-thru and told him I think there was a mess up with my order I had ordered so and so burrito he had me pull up to the window I took a picture of the menu to show him the exact burrito I was talking about when I ordered. He started giving me attitude when I explained to him that he gave me the wrong burrito and what the burrito was that I was given was not the one I had ordered. I didn't want to deal with his attitude so I asked for a refund so he slammed the window shut in my face when I was still trying to talk to him went and refunded it I asked for his managers information or if his manager would be in tomorrow and he again slammed the window in my face waved at me and shooed me on. Most unprofessional and rude experience I've ever had at this location. I really hope being a jerk to your customers is really worth it. I will be calling the store and talking to the GM because I am so disappointed in the service I received from a restaurant I have been coming to since...
Read morePlace was packed and it's new so I'm giving it an extra star just for that but it definitely needs some improvement. Lady who took my order at the drive through was very unfriendly. After waiting at the intercom for five minutes with cars piling up behind me, i said, umm...hello? was greeted with "hold on" then after another 2 minutes "can i take your order" after telling her 'can i have the carne asada burrito and the potatoes locos please?' again silence for two minutes. So i wait and finally ask if she heard that? And she answered back with "what do you need?" So i repeat the order and am immediately told "I already have that" ... I'm like ...'ok?' ...so i just pull ahead and finally get my food and am amazed the order is right. Burrito was very tasty for how dry and small it was and definitely not up to d'leons standards in Lincoln and Omaha. The potatoes locos are an absolute joke as you get 12 tiny tater tots for 2.49$ On the plus side the included hot sauce was amazing and the burrito did taste really good even though it was not what I'm used to getting in Omaha and Lincoln. Will cautiously try again in the future maybe after the new in town...
