Subway — Restaurant in North Platte

visited subway 3 times this week. once in the day and 2 times at night. the day I went in the gentleman making my sandwiches rolled his eyes the entire time and was pretty rude. the 2 times I have been in at night it is only just 1 person working (Jackie) and she is always so busy with walkins and computer orders. not once has she rolled her eyes or even seems frustrated. she is beyond amazing always so nice to each and every customers and not to mentions she is quick at making sandwiches. even when she runs out of things because they didn't stock for her she's quick at getting what she needs. I appreciate her customer service and attention to detail. she deserves a raise because its not easy being the only person taking care of so...

I had came in with my boyfriend and my child, the lady working the register kept going outside to smoke with another employee. My boyfriend had a problem with one of the other workers but he didn’t say anything to the kid this lady decided she was going to come into the store while I ran outside to grab my card to pay my boyfriend was holding my child in the store and she kept recording him. When we went to leave she came out the back door as I was driving off pulling out of the parking lot talking about “you got a problem?” Like lady you are taking videos of my child and my boyfriend for no reason. Normally I have good experience with this subway I won’t be coming back. You have no right to record my son...

Stopped here on on way back from a vacation in Colorado it was definitely worth the drive off the interstate. Food was great the guy making the sandwiches was very very friendly and took the time to provide great customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. He greeted us, asked us what we wanted and made our orders accurately even checking to make sure we didn’t want anything extra. We took our sandwiches to go, they were fresh and just perfectly made lots of toppings plenty of meat and cheese.
