Food was delicious as always. The only problem that I had was the manager. She was what you describe as a "KAREN". That morning, Wendy's was shorthanded on personnel. Because of this, the dining room was closed. Because I had a tractor trailer, I could not go through the drive-thru. So I ordered my breakfast through the app. I walked up to the drive-thru window to get my food. She opened up the drive-thru window in a very bad mood and raised her voice at me and told me that I could not walk up to the drive-thru window. I explained to her that I could not go in the dining room because the door was locked and I had to walk up to the drive-thru window because I was driving a tractor-trailer that would not fit at the drive-thru. After she gave me my food in a very grumpily way, I asked her if this is the way how she treats all customers? She looked at me like she was really mad and she slammed the drive-thru window in my face. I tried to get her attention for her to explain why she was being a menace to me but she totally ignored me. I very much like Wendy's and I go there frequently because there's many Wendy's at truck stops. But her attitude and demeanor towards me was unacceptable Behavior. I will continue to go to Wendy's because I very much enjoyed the food but I hope I never see her again unless I get some type of apology from her. It is just totally unacceptable for a manager to treat a customer in the way that she treated me!...
Read morePlaced a drive through order today for a biggie bag-specifically said crispy chicken BLT biggie bag, no lettuce or tomato, Dr Pepper for the drink, no sauce. Also, a medium fry and a small Fanta. Get around to the front and proceed to pay. Cashier hands me my first drink and goes to hand me the 2nd and retracts. To be fair it looked a bit large, so I said oh too big, and she goes no you only have one drink. I repeated my order request and she she proceeds to tell me I never said I wanted a biggie bag. I told her to please correct the order because I know what I ordered, she turns he back and says yeah I get it with a complete attitude. She then proceeds to loudly tell her co-workers and manager that I never asked for s biggie bag. Manager comes over and I re-explained again what I said at the menu order box. I also expressed how I didn’t deserve the attitude from the cashier. Manager apologies that they are short staffed and on edge. Terrible excuse. Everyone is short staffed. Problem is the cashier needed to slow down and pay attention and own up to her mistake and not blame the paying customer. I was asked 2x what my biggie bag drink was to be, I asked for a coke! I was given Diet Coke, which I can’t drink. All in all a very...
Read moreI'm usually reluctant to post a bad review because everyone has a bad day. But the service at this location is consistently poor to say the least. I think we've had our order taken maybe once, usually you have to "use the kiosk" (and they're not polite when they tell you that). If you can't figure something out or don't see something during the kiosk order process and have to ask for it, they give you attitude like you should have known/seen it. I've been double charged for my order, shorted items in the drive thru (and rudely challenged on it, like I must be trying to steal a medium fry!), literally BARKED at to USE THE KIOSK, etc. It is always freezing to the point of not being able to eat inside, and cleanliness is very hit or miss (mostly miss).
After being rudely told to USE THE KIOSK "like the sign says" by a female manager (when their sign was flipped over with the blank side facing out) my husband walked out and will not return.
My daughter and I love Wendy's and were thrilled one was going up so close to our house. We keep going back hoping it's just growing pains and things improve over time. But they haven't, and it doesn't look like they will. So we will likely be following my hubby's lead and just not going...
