***Updated Review*** Their food is great which is why I’ve gone back several times. However they continue to fail miserable with their service. Latest visit was an online order placed at 0815. Before placing order, the website said slow for 25 minutes during our busy time. After placing order, pickup time was 0845. No big deal. Arrive at 0850 and no order. I fact they didn’t even see that they had my order. Waited another 15 minutes with no apology. Totally unacceptable. Food here is pretty good as is the coffee. The massive issue is the service. It’s always extremely slow, and the staff can be aloof at times. During our most recent visit, the girl at the counter was more interested in her coffee and phone than helping us. Was super confused by the question of if they had any ice coffee after being told they didn’t have French vanilla. First it was no, then yes. What’s worse is I either had regular milk put in my coffee or regular cream cheese on my bagel despite saying I couldn’t have lactose and ordering almond milk and the vegan cream cheese. Dealt with GI issues all afternoon which wasn’t very fun. It’s a shame, this could easily be a 4 star joint.

LOVE Providence Bagel. I am from Ohio and not used to good quality bagels because that is not Cleveland's specialty. I can't say the same about Providence due to this shop. I have never gone wrong with a bagel choice, i've done the Green Monstah, Brown Bear, BEC, and classic bagel with cream cheese. Pictured below is the Bacon, Egg and Cheese. They put the most fresh ingredients on a fluffy fresh baked bagel and you honestly can't go wrong. They also feature a different SEASONAL bagel and cream cheese duo every weekend. The coffee is great too. I got the cinnamon bun with room for creeam but half sweet, only 2 pumps cinnamon bun and 1 pump vanilla. The self serve coffee bar has oat milk (which is what i used), almond milk, cream, and 2%. They have a drive thru, dinning room, or they can do mobile pick-up. Literally can't go wrong with any option, the workers are awesome and the service is quick!

Fast and good. I came in for lunch. Plenty of seating. A few people were working on laptops here (it seems like a good spot for that but I forgot to check if they had outlets and Wi-Fi but they probably do because people were on their computers) I really liked the lady at the register here. She seemed to be the manager maybe. Was in a really good mood and super friendly and helpful. My food was ready quick and was really good. I liked the “fiesta” breakfast sandwich. It’s got everything. Cream cheese, over easy egg, avocado, salsa, cheese on a toasted bagel.

I went here a year ago and remember being very underwhelmed with both the quality of the food and cleanliness of the interior, but I was craving a good bagel sandwich and thought I'd give the place another shot.

First of all, if you're going in the drive-through, be ready to wait around 6-8 minutes per car in front of you. So if you're looking for a quick stop for breakfast before work and you see 3 cars in line in front of you, be ready to wait 18 minutes to actually get your order.

Prices are very, very high. I ordered a taylor ham, egg, cheese, and hashbrown sandwich on an everything bagel with salt, pepper, and ketchup. The price was $9.81. This is for a single sandwich on a bagel.

For this price, I received a pretty small bagel that wasn't very good. The outside had a burnt flavor to it, and the interior of the bagel wasn't thick and fluffy the way a good bagel should be.

For the fillings of the sandwich, the staff didn't put salt, pepper, or ketchup on it. Instead, they tossed them in packets into the bag. I thought I could just eat the sandwich on my way into work, but instead I was tasked with surgically dismantling my sandwich to actually get the basic seasonings and condiment I asked to be on it.

While they gave a solid portion of Taylor Ham, it was really pale looking, with no browning on it at all. It was like they steamed it instead grilling it. Very unappetizing. The egg was alright and the cheese was defaulted to white American.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good bagel or a good...

I’m sorry to say this is the last time we will ever be coming to this establishment. Time and time again I have been appalled by the service of this business. Working at a local coffee shop myself I understand the staffing shortages and difficult times we are in right now. But I have never had worse service at any other business than this one. Specifically the Mineral Spring Ave location, each and every time we come inside our food is forgotten about and we end up waiting about 20 minutes for our order. Today it took over 35 minutes and we ordered two sandwiches and one coffee. We watched about 5 other customers walk out disgruntled and dissatisfied that their order took so long, and 2 people left before they even ordered because they could see how long it was taking. There was at least 5 employees working and one manager on duty, there is no excuse for the terrible service we received today. In the past we have received free pastries to apologize for the time our order has taken, which is a kind gesture and is appreciated, but it’s not what we want. We simply want our food to be ready in a timely manner. Again, working at a coffee shop myself I understand that there are other tasks that need to be done, but I believe when ticket times are taking so long, customer service should come before cleaning and doing other tasks. We were shocked at the poor service and time it took to receive our order and can assure you we will never...
