Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Providence

Never have I been here and had a good experience. Truthfully, I think it is the worst fast food restaurant in North Providence! The drive thru is NEVER fast or convenient by any means. Ordering takes forever, paying takes forever, and receiving the food takes the longest! And to top that off, after waiting forever to eat, 90% of the time my order is messed up!! The staff that work at night are extremely unprofessional and borderline ignorant. I love Taco Bell food, and because I work late nights I tend to visit this place 2 or 3 times a week on my way home. So, I am basing my review on many, MANY, visits with each one getting worse and worse. It has gotten to the point where I don't even bother anymore, if I'm hungry late night I just order from a local late night pizza shop because honestly, the wait time is almost the same!! I ordered the 12 taco box, chips and cheese dip great quick service but I wanted to buy the new avocado salsa and sour cream waited 5 minutes so I asked a girl in front of the counter do you work here she said yeah so I asked is anybody working the front she yells for the person who is supposed to be in the front. I order my sour cream and the quac sauce $1.00 for two sour cream and .80 cents for 4 quac sauce I get 2 quac sauce I go to the counter and tell them I paid for 4 quac sauce I only got 2 I went to the counter and told them I paid for 4 quac sauce and you gave me 2. Food was good prepared very nicely but the service was terrible the girl in the front counter very nice very polite taking my order very beautiful but I was in there for half an hour waiting on my food half an hour I could have went to an actual restaurant and paid what I paid and been out by now full so now I have a pregnant wife at home complaining to me because I'm taking long with food so now I have to deal with the consequences when I get home do not go to Taco Bell when it's busy does not matter which Taco Bell you go to they are slow unless you have time to kill and you don't have a pregnant wife at home complaining I would say go but if you're in a hurry go anywhere else...
