Havent tried the food just yet as it’s still being made. Im hoping it good as this place looks like it’s got decent food and they’re open late near me. The lady who took my Order has zero customer service skills. She was rude, I tried to be nice to her to acknowledge it’s fine that she’s probably haven't a bad day. She kept being rude and aggressive, I eventually Told her she’s being aggressive and how she’s acting is super rude when she was acting hostile trying to make me sit down and I had told her “ah I’m all set thank you I’ve been home sitting all day” which is true and I work a desk job so many times when I have a chance to stand up I take it because I literally sit down ALL day because I work remotely. She literally told me I’m not aggressive if you want to see aggressive I’ll show you aggressive. I was like geez lady is this what you call nice? She goes I am nice and I say apparently not, she says I don’t care! Then I reply I can literally tell. She tried even telling me she wished she could tell me to leave, like what’s her problem? I literally came here for food, this is the worse customer service I’ve ever experience and it’s not like this is a McDonald’s or Popeyes but they seem to just hire anyone.
Update. I got a refund instead, hard to trust this spot for me. It’s like a McDonald’s scenario where you just prey they don’t spit on your food. Don’t know what was up with the lady behind the register.
I work a desk job and barely ate today, I was just looking for some late night good food and got the worst customer experience I’ve ever received. The lady doesn’t even think she was being aggressive and denies it, I wish there was a live video of it with votes on it to show her how she was acting was not right.

I come from New York so pizza to me is a big deal and this pizza taste like home. So I’ve been a very loyal customer to this establishment. I get 10$ promo codes all the time. Fast forward to tonight. We order are usual. We notice that the pizza is taking longer than usual we decide to check our email and it says it was left on the front door step. We rushed to get it in fear that it would be cold and guess what it was. So i rushed to call Tom’s kitchen to see what it can be done. No one want to eat cold takeout no one! They lady that answers the phone starts of a bit pleasant but soon I notice her attitude changes because she’s not happy that we’re not happy.and she just doesn’t want to hear me out. I clearly indicated I been a loyal customer if that matters nowadays right ? l mean she herself read me my credit card info on file. Anyways she wasn’t able to help me at all. She basically said it’s my fault for not answering the phone oh I’m sorry I’m a mom of 3 and a infant Sorry I didn’t answer your 1 phone call. My problem is my whole family was in the living room. why in the world did the driver didn’t just ring the door bell?!!! like they have all the time. She claims is the company’s policy not to ring the door bell. That’s I’m lying cause she been working for Tom’s kitchen for 6 years? ‘You’ve been working at this facility taking orders’ NOT delivering orders and you are not accountable for what the drivers do. The problem here my whole order was cold and she provided horrible customer. For a person that’s been working there for 6 years by know you should be acing on how to make your customer a bit more happier. To top it off she hung up on my face. So i called back and asked for an exchange i got a lkl attitude but they did they exchange. So when i got the new pizza it was wrong again this time it was bacon steak and onion. So i called back and they wouldn't answer me. So i called from another number and they answered. So asked nice if there was a problem with them hearing me or understanding me.
