McDonald's — Restaurant in North Reading

I don't even know where to start it's definitely hard to say it's only a bunch of kids working and playing in this particularly business they have a really nasty attitude when you tell them they put something wrong and over everything it's always always something wrong they forgot something they give you wrong stuff if you come back they give you really bad attitude they trying to blame you for something they trying to say you don't say about it or you don't mention about it it's definitely the worst McDonald's I dare to say in whole United States because you not only going to have the wrong food either way they going to give you attitude if you there to complain and when you trying to complain about it it's just a bunch of kids trying to blame you for everything and most of them they barely can speak English look like it's most of them they are family members I don't know but I don't recommend it this place at all every single time you going to have a really bad experience I really believe they have a really bad score from McDonald's Even the manager what they have it in the night time it's like you've been talking with the 12-year-old kidGod bless you and protecting you if you're trying to go right there because you experience will be...

It seems for some time now it’s only very young kids working here I have yet to see anyone older then 18 to be working here and they like to talk trash in Spanish and when I ask for a manager that lil boy says he is how is that even possible when literally all them kids working their don’t look older then 16 or 17 max you can’t come and say they are just cus they short is not what I mean by they look young their face they way they talk they carry themselves makes it hard to believe they are of age I have order from here and changed something as my kids can never make up their mind I say I’m sorry can you add or subtract this they say omg they do it but that is rude and I never speak to them rudely I’m always polite speaking to them at all times but what they don’t know is I speak Spanish and they be talking trash about the people that order that’s very un professional yea in front of your face they polite turn your back or they turn their back and forget about it they start talking trash were are the managers how do they let those kids be running this place if I could I would give 0 stars but no I have to give 1 so never in my life will I be going to this location ever again don’t need the sass or...

McDonald's food quality/consistency has fallen off over the past years. This particular location however does a very good job with customer service....keeping the place clean etc. No problems there.

However where i do have a problem is with the McDonald's phone app. It kept telling me there was a "problem" and that i should retry. I tried several times before giving up in frustration. When i got home my credit card showed 20 items on my charge and our family lunch of three burgers and Mcnuggets and sodas cost me over $180.00.

It took me 43 minutes on the phone with my credit card provider to get them reversed. I will never ever use that app again. And if McDonald's doesn't improve the quality of their food i will no longer be a...
