This place has been popping up on my Google results so I've been wanting to try it. Went today with my three kids and was very disappointed. We weren't greeted as we walked up. A window was flung open and the guy went back to doing what he was doing inside. Eventually he asked what sizes we wanted. Didn't tell us anything about the menus or what they offer and it was our first visit. We settled on Frozen, Ninja Turtle, Spider-Man and Vanilla. Two smalls, two mediums...$27. So we sit down to eat them expecting them to really be good at these prices. Three of them were alright, but the vanilla tasted like citrus medicine!!! I don't know if it's expired or it was labeled wrong, but nothing about it tasted like vanilla. Worst sno cone I've ever had. We received a punch card, but sadly, we won't need it. The photo shows what we all still had left when we made it back home to Hurst.

Chill out and have a snow cone here! The tigers blood. A typical flavored tigers blood you can’t go wrong with. The shaved ice is soft and the syrup is not lacking. !!“dress it up”. The five stars go to dressing up the shaved ice. A homemade ice cream and homemade whipped cream are used in the snow cone. The ice cream is placed in the middle. More shave ice is added then a healthy topping of whipped cream, frosting and an umbrella to top it. FYI. Kinda small parking lot. Lots of flavors to try. Enjoy.

The guy stayed late when we showed up at 9pm. He was awesome and helpful and the snowcones are perfect. The girls got a pic with Olaf too! Definitely would recommend stopping by anytime. The snowcones were so good we forgot to take a pic in the beginning before we all started eating them. A small is plenty and decently priced at $3. Worth all 5 stars.

When this place first opened, the snow cones were amazing. But when my daughter went today we were both greatly disappointed. She ordered her usual, coconut with cream, and when she came to the car, it was melting. Poor thing got brain freeze and her pretty dress was getting wet from the dripping. She told me that the snow cone was not up to it's ususal standard and I must agree. The ice wasn't solid enough and there was no cream. How sad. We drove all the way back to Keller and my daughter looked so sad. Everyone has an off day at times and I guess this was the Polar...

Not only does this place have the best snow-cones/ smoothies I’ve had in a LONG time, but the employees are seriously amazing people! I took my kids for a walk to grab a snow-cone, and the rain that was expected to happen ended up coming almost an hour early, and it POURED. So Michael opened Polar’s door to us, and allowed my kids and I to hang out inside until our ride got there!! He didn’t have to do that, but my kids and I sure appreciated the heck out of him!!! This place will always have my...
