Whataburger — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

... #StoryTime So I listen to #KLTYRadio to and fro work and there are like 3 different commercials for #Whataburger. Each time I hear a commercial, I'm there thinking to myself, "what's so special about Whataburger? as I have never tried a burger from this fast food chain. Come Thursday night (2 nights ago), closing from work and driving home, I see the Whataburger on Davis Street open 24hrs and think oh wells might as well kill 2 birds with one stone - get dinner and also finally try out Whataburger for the first time. I go up to the drive through and feeling overwhelmed by the different choices follow the prompt of the attendant to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, then I also get a Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger (who doesn't love bacon right? and I also needed to try a burger). Hello people, I swear I became a believer from the first bite. The food gods must have come down to have a celebration in my mouth because it was exploding with TASTY FLAVOURS (my goodness)! The sauce, the patties, the vegetables and that bun that looks as big as the tyre of my car; it's so big that the burger needs three wrappings. I have been doing a disservice to myself all these years for not eating at Whataburger. I thought it was a fluke (nope, just needed another reason to go back 😋😋), so yesterday on Friday, I went back a second time and got a Patti-melt and another helping of the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger and now I have wronged myself because I have to think of a reason each night not to get Whataburger when driving home. It's so good, so filling, and oh so tasty🤤🤤. I really need to win that #GiftCard from #KLTY 😉!

My wife and I ordered the 1wg-hny and a 1wg- dry at 11:45am on 2/142025. Once we made it home to eat our food it was very dry and over cooked. Now this is our 3 time having food issues with this busyness in Hurst. I called up to speak to a manager. The manager was not manager materialon .She didn't care about what had happened to my food. We use to go into the WhataBurger and eat. We stop doing that because the tables would have old dry food on them. The man restroom was alway very nasty with Dirty toilet paper on the floor. What was sad is someone had written on the wall saying black people go back to Africa and white people go back to your country. We spanish people was here first. Why can't we just be happy to wake up and treat other like God ask us to do. When it comes down to it we don't own anything in this world. Our Heavenly Farther and Jesus Christ just let us the things on thier earth. You would really think this busyness would have more pride in thier food and restaurants.This company use to be a American company.I already know that I will nor hear back from thier corporate office. Every trip we’ve made over the last few months has been worse each time. From forgetting condiments (that have to be paid for) to today where we checked in for a pick up and sat for 30 minutes. After calling we were finally brought our meal which then had cold fries and were told to wait even longer for our drinks (two sodas and two shakes). So after 35 minutes we left with 1 soda, 2 shakes, cold fries, and luke warm burgers.

When I called to report this I was only offered the solution of returning to the restaurant to have the fries remade and pick up the missing drink. But of course I’m not doing that after already waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot earlier. A partial refund of some sort should have been possible since everything was purchased through the app. So disappointing and we will definitely go out of our way to drive to the north Tarrant location moving forward.

Edit: After actually unwrapping my burgers and feeling how cold they were, I did drive back to have the meals remade. They remade them without much fuss but I will continue to avoid this location based on my more recent, bad,...
