I would never recommend this location to ANYONE. First off customer service was terrible as soon as we walked through the door, they let our party in without any stamps and the young man at the door gave my sister the dirtiest look ever. Customer service at the register sickening. The lady not only yelled at my two children who we’ve patiently waited in line for over 18 minutes, but was very unpleasant not a single smile or smirk was cranky and ticked off The whole time she gave us no direction on prices or packages didn’t give us any information. All she gave us was a couple of deep breaths like she didn’t want to be there anymore. I spent over $200 for one hour and eight minutes (after waiting in line for over 20 minutes with multiple people cutting in front of us. ) 60$ of that was for 2 pizzas. Also they never acknowledged us waiting for the pizza they placed it on the rack and forgot to buzz us so I had to serve my own party…… My sons 6th birthday and this is how it went…. I’m completely appalled at the way we got treated with the amount of money that we spent for one hour of play. FYI - we asked a worker if we could get the salad bar, got told yes and within seconds the rude witch came up to my sister and 97 year old mom and said “ either pay $12.50 for the salad or throw it away” I’m baffled we paid for 4 salads x$12.50 just for them to go to the salad bar and close it up a few short minutes later… I will never be back and I sure hope you go to a different location because this was completely waist and such a disappointment. Came here and the 2 ladies helping originally were nice. Not every professional, leaning against the counter like they were on break, while I was talking to them. But they helped me decide what I needed to do. The lady that rang me up, rang me up for a 30 minute play card, even thou I specifically asked for an hour. I told them we were spending an hour there and asked for an hour play card. I didn't realize this until it timed out 30 minutes later. When I go back to the counter, the other lady who heard the whole conversation insists I pay for another 30 minutes. I told her I'd pay the difference between the two (which was $12) but I was not going to pay the $23 she was suggesting. Telling her had she not heard me ask for the hour, or if I asked for 30 minutes, I would understand. But after the food and card I already paid nearly $50. And now they're suggesting I pay $12 more than I would have because THEY screwed up. I asked for a manager, to be told this person who's too lazy to hold herself up without the counter, was. I knew she was lying about being a manager as she said it. Finally got the manager, to be made to feel like I was trying to get something for free. I told them, charge me for the $12. I expected that. But I refuse to get less than I asked for, or to pay more than I should for it. I'm surprised this place is still in business after reading the other reviews as well. My main problem was the staff, they all seemed like high schoolers just like me but did no help at all. The salad bar as others mentioned was to getting refilled. One of the main issues why I'm even writing this is because I was in line to buy a salad plate and there was only one staff member there who was busy with the people exchanging their tickets and she had a very long line meanwhile the rest of the staff where just wondering around not doing anything! These 3 employees were behind me and when the girl asked them for help behind the counter they all 3 laughed and told her no that she could do it herself and they went running to where the games where at to hide and began laughing. Later then a worker came out from the back room or the kitchen and when she asked for help again he turned back around. It just seemed very holds of them coming from a teen. Then another worker would take 1 pizza out then 30 minutes later bring the plates another more 30 minutes then the forks and so on. I get that its not that easy to be fast but they are getting payed to work there and the place was really empty that day so no excuses for their horsing around. To add to that that same girl kept on sitting down to try and avoid us.
