Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in North Salt Lake

I always have such a positive experience at this Starbucks location. The food is great, the service is outstanding, and the staff is top quality. Life has been challenging lately as I go through a divorce, losing my home I loved, while caring for my elderly parents, my sister who is disabled and bedridden, and my 18-year-old senior dog. With so much on my plate, it means the world to start my mornings here. A friendly smile, delicious food, and kind people truly set the tone for my day and give me the energy to care for my family and keep going.

I frequent this SB in North Salt Lake and have ever since it opened. This is a review of that location only. The staff is amazing, friendly and from the “old school” Starbucks, the way the company intended each location to be - a hangout, a friendly place to visit They’ve gotten to know me by name. Coffee is, of course, great, but what gets 5 stars is the staff. Thank you, Jessie, for your leadership at my new favorite location. The 3 stars for the food is just the way it is. A loud fan was near the drive through so the girl couldn’t hear me. I had to yell my order. The drink was made completely wrong - I asked for frozen and it was liquid and half full. I told the attendant and she said their machines are different and didn’t even offer to fix the problem. I will drive further to go to the Woods across store before I waste one more dollar there. Hopefully in a few months they will know what...
