As I was traveling out of state for a wedding, my mom was planning to stay in town to watch my dogs. She noted her plans of wanting to grab some dinner at Pizza Factory for “old times sake” and thought it would be a good way to honor my dad on their wedding anniversary day.
So I secertly connected with the new GM, Joshua Everson, at The Pizza Factory the day before, what would have been my parents’ 43rd wedding anniversary. Explained thr situation to see if this was possible, sent them photos of my mom, possible time she would be there with possible items she would order. The whole staff was amazing and super awesome about this whole surprise for my mom, it really made a bittersweet day; much more enjoyable for her 🥹🥰 THANK YOU!! I was able to make payment arrangements promptly afterwards when our schedules aligned and Josh’s communication was on point with not inly myself but with the whole staff! Well done team! Thanks again!

Read more🚨New Owners🚨 I get transitioning is very difficult . Specially when there is expectations of old customer base. Even if customers have been there for 20 or 40 years since the business was open it will always be difficult pleasing everyone .
With that said as my first time comming to this pizza place, me and my friend were afraid of going due to some reviews . And let me tell you !!! Don't listen to those reviews where people speak out of emotion and not experience.
No way a good pizza is made in less than an hour when it's busy. Busy means good!!
First time going there yesterday an hour before closing time, they didn't even give us a bad look or acted upset because it was clean up time .
We sat down and Steven was talking thats true but a great talk we had !!! If you don't want someone talking to you or making a connection with you just don't bother to dine in, do a take out . Lol
But we had a great time!! Not only that Steven brought their Broasted potatoes as a courtesy . On the house since it was our first time there .
The pizza was cheesy and amazing . They even cut the pizza in triangles instead of Square cuts . Because we asked them .
They accommodated us .
And that's what amazing about local restaurants .
Sorry to those people who don't know what it is to Run a business and try to destroy it .
Yes we have bad experiences but that doesn't mean to destroy the place .
I have made this my pizza place for now own .

I DID ORDER ONLINE AND THERE WAS A AREA FOR A TIP WHICH STATED A TIP AND IT STATED 10% 15% 20% I CONTINUED TO HIT THE 10% AND IT DID NOT PUT THE 10% IN THE BLANK SPOT FOR A TIP I THEN PUT THE 10% IN THE BLANK?
