Awesome shelter for cats. We adopted our kitty Meatball from here back in June of 2018. He waited a long time for the right home, and was returned to the shelter once for urinating outside the litterbox, which was caused by a UTI. Caring for Cats took great care of him and since being with us has never had an issue. We love him a lot! They were easy to work with throughout the adoption process, and we also enjoy coming here just to visit the kitties as well. I also used to volunteer here many years ago and can attest to how much all of the volunteers love and care about the cats here. The cats there are lucky to be in a shelter that has rooms they can roam around in, as opposed to wall cages. They have toys to play with and windows to look out of, and other cats to socialize with (as long as they do ok with other cats). Highly recommend adopting and supporting...

We were so impressed! The cat and kitten rooms are clean and the animals are well taken care of. Our adoption coordinator worked with us to identify cats that were a good fit for our home and took lots of time to let us get to know the individual cats and make sure we could meet their needs. We ended up adopting two cats and their advice on introducing them to the house and each other was extremely helpful and they are settling in well! Its clear our new kitties were well taken care of and given lots of socialization and attention making their transition to our house a lot less stressful for them.

Update: our new kitties are settling in great! We took them to an introductory visit at our vet she was impressed their vaccinations and records were so complete that all she needed to do was trim...

I googled cat shelters near where I lived since my daughter and I had talked about adopting a cat and came upon this website. It had great reviews so we had to check it out. We looked at their website and saw a kitty that we wanted in mind, but when we got to the shelter the lady was super nice, welcoming, helpful and informative about which cat would be good for my family since I had 2 toddlers under 2 years old.
