When will I learn...I give everyone the benefit of doubt over and over again, and it seems like I just get screwed over everytime.. I've called in to order sandwiches several times as well as walked in to order...It really gets me when they don't have the decency to tell you that they are out of sandwich fillings/toppings per their menu and when you get the food home it's missing stuff...Lettuce, tomato, onion,the mayo, etc.. It might not be a big deal to them, but to me it is.. I look forward to having a sandwich they way I like it, otherwise I could just simply stay home.. Another issue I've experienced numerous times is the attitudes that customers receive when trying to support a small local business.. If these girls don't want to work, perhaps you should offer their jobs to some other people that would be happy to actually work, and make a pay check.. In today's day, it's hard to stay on top and if you do, it's not gonna last long with young girls that have attitudes and can't keep their faces out of their phones..God forbid you order something else, you get that eye roll and lip each time... Do yourself a huge favor..Talk to your employees and fix this quick or you won't be around to ever have to...

Was in the area just over 4 years ago for a family thing. Not familiar w Hammond, tried to find a close place for a sub and found this place. Had a nice small conversation with the person at the register finding out he has family close to us 💚 Few months later made a stop n’ grab while passing because it was worth the stop!!!

While mapping out my trip home today from camping in Valpo….I made sure to map this place. It wasn’t completely on the way or down the road. But OF COURSE I missed the exit & had to pay two tolls. Now I’m way too invested to turn back

Glad I did. They had a full staff, some patrons eating inside and now I see a big red chair fit for a queen! Also talked to the person I remember chatting 4 years ago while he was walking by stocking the shelves. Thank you for the great convo and also supporting the Girl Scouts in the area 💚

This was my spot.. Came in to purchase 3 turkey subs.. THE TWO LADIES THAT MAKE THE SANDWICHES WERE BOTH ON THERE PHONES. I don’t have a problem with that. MY PROBLEM IS THEY WERE READY TO MAKE THE SANDWICHES, NO ONE TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO SAY HEY LET’S CLEAN OUR HANDS. ONE OF THE LADIES WENT STRAIGHT TO GLOVES, NO SOAP AND WATER. I THEN HAD TO SAY HEY CAN YOU CLEAN YOUR HANDS? PUT SOME HAND SANITIZER ON YOUR HANDS. SHE WAS NICE ABOUT IT, IN DID. THEN THE YOUNGER LADY COME BEHIND HER AND TRIED TO PROCEED WITH MAKING SANDWICH. I SAID NO THANK YOU. LET THE OTHER LADY THAT CLEANED HER HANDS MAKE THE SANDWICH. IM SURE THEY KNOW ABOUT CROSS CONTAMINATION… I SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD TO SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CLEANING THERE HANDS, YOUR DEALING WITH FOOD. YOU SHOULD...
