Delicias Elita — Restaurant in North Township

I come here literally all the time , and today I went in with my one year old son holding him while he was crying the entire time and I Order a couple of things. My concern was when the young lady with blonde or light brown was making a drink for these two people she ended up licking the chocolate off her fingers and didn’t even wash her hands or nothing when she serve them the drinks. I order a mango container with Chile , chamoy etc and I went home and ate the rest of the things I order but when it was time to eat the mangos the mangos were super super hard where you couldn’t even bite them & coukdnt stick the fork. I called to see if I was able to get a new container of mangos because I wasn’t able to eat them at alll and it was brand new still & she told me I was just trying to get free food and that she didn’t have time for me since she had a big line that even if I came in or didn’t come in she couldn’t anything to help me. And had a attitude with me trying to be funny saying slick time. She was unprofessional and rude. How am I trying to get free food if I’m returning my container back. I’ll be calling the health department of her licking her fingers don’t waste...

Picked up a Doordash. I arrived at 12:24. She wasn’t aware of my order until I arrived, ok cool I don’t mind to wait, plus there was no one inside but me. She took about 15 minutes making 3 of my 4 drinks. Then started to service a Mexican customer that came in like 10 minutes after me (I’m black) took about15 more minutes on that (they literally had food and 3 or 4 drinks). Finally someone else come to help I say hi I have a Doordash been here almost 30 minutes and she says “oh yea” and speaks Spanish to her coworker the coworker tells me 1 minute for 1 more drink. I don’t know if she purposely did me like that but I thought I’d share pictures of ROACHES I got see since I was in there so long. It’s now 12:58 the customers after me are gone and I’m still waiting on my order of just 4 DRINKS. :) Yes I could’ve left but after waiting soo long I didn’t want my time...

I’ve been going here for about a while now but these past few times I’ve went they NEVER get my order right. I went a couple of days before and we did a online order so I wouldn’t have to wait once I got there they still didn’t have my order done and when they did they gave me the wrong ice cream, and the cheapest cup holder ever that wouldn’t even hold my drinks. Anytime I order online they never have it ready when I get there I get there and have to wait 15-20 minutes.Yesterday I also went and I ordered a strawberry yogurt with strawberries and sprinkles and they didn’t put regular strawberries THEY PUT FROZEN STRAWBERRIES.
