I was just there and got a Snickers blizzard and a Royal Rocky Road blizzard. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that both of the blizzards were made incorrectly. The Snickers blizzard was made with chocolate ice cream instead of the normal vanilla that was asked for, and the Royal Rocky Road blizzard was missing the chocolate sauce that’s put in it and the marshmallow center. Normally, I would let some mistakes slide, but this isn’t the first time this has happened at this DQ. I’ve order chicken stripes from there before to find nugget size chicken instead of stripe in my box. I’ve also order an Oreo cheesecake blizzard from there and found there were no cheesecake pieces in it. This DQ is not worth the long waits in the drive-thu or the poor quality of their food. Read moreI went to DQ in Griffith with a sweet tooth. Drive-thru had 2 or 3 cars so my son and I decided to go in. Now when you walk in the door it beeps so to me that’s an indication to the employees a customer is at front cash. Now there was a young lady at the register I’m assuming she was do an online order(which I was cool with) she never looked up, she never acknowledged us with even a “someone will be right with you all” so after we stood for 30-45 seconds. Then she says out loud (as she walks away)to the drive thru to another employee to ask her to make the order. Still never acknowledged us. So we left and definitely will never be returning.

Read moreI went to the store to deliver food for a family at first I was unsure if the staff was going to acknowledge me, I had to call them several times just to say that I was at the window to pick up for the delivery. Finally, a young man came to me. He gave me the food order And he apologized for not acknowledging me and gave me a appreciation card for when I come into the restaurant and say that I can get it punched in on the fifth try I will get a free blizzard. I thought that was nice overall I think that they need to monitor their Line a little better upfront everybody was in the back.
