I do not recommend this Culver's unless you want to wait 20+ minutes for your food to possibly be correct. Yesterday on 9/14/22 at 6:45pm my receipt was printed at the window. I had to give the worker my order again because what he repeated back to me was wrong. It was right then that I realized why I made the mistake of going there yet again. By the time I ordered at the speaker to when I HAD TO GO IN and ask where my food was, it had been a total of 20 minutes. I walked up and asked a worker when order #1 was coming out. Finally, I'm guessing a manager, walked to a small freezer right by the registers (to the customers left, the worker's right) and handed me my three items with no explanation no apology, no word, nothing. My order had been sitting in there with the custard already beginning to melt. Had I not waited so long I would have asked for my money back and left the order there. How in the world do you just simply forget to take people's orders outside when you have a drive-thru full of cars waiting for their orders? Another time in recent months, the worker came out to my car 2x asking what I ordered. Both times he brought out the wrong items. My photos show my melted ice cream and my receipt. I pulled over on the corner of Wirth and Liable to take the photo which is less than a mile away. This Culver's has major issues. No one can get anything right. Whoever these owners are, seems like the only right thing they do is give a military discount. They do not care about their store enough to give it a major overhaul from the top manager down to the workers. Seriously, avoid this place and travel west to the new location in Hammond off of Indianapolis Blvd. Or better yet, head to the Schererville location. Their service...

While standing waiting for last order... about 5 minutes for my concrete mix saw 4 orders returned for errors. Mostly convenient to restaurant by omitting items customers had paid extra for.. bacon, toppings etc. Couple of totally wrong orders returned for remake. So my turn came (finally)... and got same treatment. Short dose of caramel syrup (literally smallest smear), missing item (cheesecake bits)... dug around looking (I had literally watched them run out of it and pull new tub out but not actually open tub)... when I could not find a single cheesecake piece, I complained... give them a chance to make it right.
Sorry you can not find any, was added, sorry you paid for it and can not find it... No worries review is number of stars for number of pieces of cheesecake I found for the 35 cent upcharge... What is even more ironic.... ordered identical product from same store this week, but smaller size and got MORE syrup in that order than this one .... and less gap at top of cup (yes they were running out and were worried from what I could hear.. but not really my fault). Service was slightly faster that night, but still slow for numbers of customers ordering, just not a terrible experience worth sharing in a review to help you avoid bad experience.
Bottom line, skip this store and franchise. Not worth it.... drive further - get what...
Read moreCulver's is just a bit better than any other fast food joint. The things that separate them from the rest is their customer service. They actually sound like they care versus going to other burger joints where you're greeted like a nuisance. Culver's, for the most part, actually gets my orders right the first time too. The other thing that sets Culver's apart is of course their dessert selection. Where else can you get fresh hot food and all kinds of frozen dessert? They may not big as most of the other chains, but if you're in the vicinity, it's definitely worth a stop.
Update 10/20/19: I stopped to grab a burger and some buffalo chicken tenders on the way home. The young lady (Kennedy) that took my order was patient and polite, and after that, everything went downhill. After I paid for my meal, I was asked to move forward to wait for my food. It didn’t take long to get my order, and after glancing in the bag, everything seemed to be fine. Wrong! I ordered buffalo chicken tenders with blue cheese sauce, but got the regular chicken tenders and no sauce. I didn’t ask for ketchup, but I got that.
