KFC — Restaurant in North Township

Update: 12/16/20 9:45 pmThis time was not the greatest. The guy was super rude, the sandwich was ehhh at best and I didn't even want to come here but the other location only had sandwiches. No chicken. So I got the short end of the stick period. The chicken was good but the service stinks. The chicken sandwich should be with the original flavor rather than this bland piece of meat. I won't order another one of those. This location has fallen off. They used to be the best. I hope I see them bounce back soon.

Old review. The lady at the window with the squishy curly ponytail was so great! She was extremely nice even when they ran out of a certain piece of chicken she didn’t miss a beat. She made me feel extremely happy about the alternative pieces. The food was fresh and crisp. It was ready quickly and with a smile. The store was clean and I could see them actively cleaning as they were getting other things done. I really appreciate seeing people clean their work station. I'm disappointed on saying this on behalf of the fact that this company employs many people that do try and make a living but it wasn't a good experience. The two employees that I spoke with presented themselves cordial but when I viewed ones in back that were in sight, the look was placid with their overwhelming inactivity and pride of their place of employment. The food: I'm disappointed to have found out that the one item (baked beans)that I decided to even go there for wasn't on the menu anymore at this location. The chicken started of as tasting, maybe up to par, but after waiting approximately 10 minutes later began having a rubbery texture to it(not a good thing in my opinion). Sadly for them, I believe in the future times that I decide that I choose fried chicken and I'm in that general vicinity, I will opt for Popeye's...

Every time I order the same usual order, a famous bowl, with extra gravy they never put extra gravy. Every…single…time… It’s such a simple task. Is the extra gravy coming from there personal pay? Is that why you they refuse to do something so simple and easily understood? This time I received no gravy and the cashier told me if I drove all the way back up there and returned the old order she would replace it with the order that COULD’VE just been delivered correctly the first time.
