Subway — Restaurant in North Township

I placed an app order for carryout today (1/13/25). It was ready before the estimated time but was never marked as complete in the app, so who knows how long it had been sitting out. I ordered the soft pretzel, which tasted burnt and a bit dry. I also ordered the 6in cold cut combo meal since it was the deal of the day. The sandwich was made correctly, but the bread was crunchy/stale even though it was around noon. They were out of all the cookies except for a handful of stale-looking oatmeal raisin, so I opted to swap out the cookies I picked in the app for a bag of chips. This restaurant have truly change my thinking regarding subway. The way I was treated in this establishment was very rude and nasty I order my food online and came to pickup my food and was put to the side and wait almost an hour for my food until they service others customers and when i ask about my order they told me I was in the way of they real customers to go sit and this after already wait 35 minutes, so I said if my order is not ready to just refund my money and that when I was call out my name basically racial comment and after i.ask for the Manger information, the police was called on me and all this while my children sitting in the car with one of my pregnant who was already not feeling well and I was trying to do is get my family a meal and instead got the most worst service i...

Stopped tonight for 3 sandwiches for our family. The young men were helpful and nice. As I was picking my toppings, I noticed what appeared to be a hair on the onions and mentioned it. The young lady yanked the bowl of onions out and threw them on the back counter and then slammed another container in that ones place! Sorry, I didn't want the hair! Then, I had a coupon for the 3 sandwiches and was told they don't accept coupons due to meat shortage!
