Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Township

So….I like dominoes and how fresh and hot the food is every time I order, except for my recent experience 3/9/2023 at your Hammond IN location on 1918 E 165th st Suite 800. I place my order at 5:55pm, I call around 6:57 or so because my dominos tracker is STILL telling me they are preparing my order, not in oven, quality check, nothing. The guy who answered the phone was honest and said that they where backed up and that my order would arrive in another 45mins, I said I understand, I’ll wait. At around 8:00!! I’m constantly calling the store, no answer. Around the 9 o’clock hour!!!, me, my pregnant wife and daughter drive up to the store and ask for the refund of course. What added insult to injury, the delivery driver was pulling up to my house as I’m getting the refund. Added to the fact that before the gentleman behind the counter gave me the refund, he instructed me that I could catch the delivery driver if I drive back home right then. It made sense that I couldn’t get through because the phones where off the hook. Go figure. I could have saved you the trouble and dropped $30 somewhere else. This was truly unexceptional service. Our family frequents Dominoes but will think twice...

Went into dominos today and the screens were all off so I couldn’t see a menu,(OK,watever) . So i approach the register and find a paper menu. A girl yells for someone to take my order. The younger man with glasses (or shades) comes to the cash register, The entire time he is staring at the screen pretending to take my order. So i was Like “Can i order A sausage pizza” and he said 20 something dollars. Then i said “Wait i want Two items for the 6.99 a piece” the guy responds “We don’t do that at this location ” … i pull Up the menu on my phone (Bc like i mentioned The screens were off to see the price) and he says “We don’t learn how to use the app here” and then walks off. The lady in the back yells out “Thank you!” I guess Because she thought helped me out? Which he didn’t. I sat in the store and had to place an order online for it to be made. Kind of ridiculous, you could tell he didn’t want to be at work. He clocked right out and ran out the store. He made sure he had his own pizza...

Terrible customer service We placed order hr ago and they was not aware when the delivery was coming. No assistance if I knew this I would have called the other store placed a order n picked it up but I paid delivery and all smh never again this store need better management Immediately at 10:30pm I go to check since the order was not brought still to find out that Samantha canceled my order we had to call and speak to them and they’re getting upset with customers being upset over something that was not to be done. All we asked for was a proper delivery now we have to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour or longer for a delivery of pizza that they chose to not deliver not make. And have extremely horrible customer service I hope one day they shut this business down. This is the worst facility ever the best one is on Kennedy Avenue on the other side in Hammond!!!!
