I moved here 6 months ago. I've given countless opportunities, almost weekly, as I want to support the business 30 seconds from my house. Here's my issues: Incorrect orders. (I've gotten maybe 3 orders correct so far) Timeliness, doesn't exist here. You'll sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes only to be told to pull to the front. (I ordered a cold brew and hash browns, it takes literally 2 minutes.) Quality: a. Rock solid hash browns, I've ordered them at least 10 times, always over cooked. b. Watered down everything: cold brew, iced coffee, even regular coffee! c. Portion control. If someone orders a cold brew or an iced coffee with cream and/or sugar, I'm not asking for a glass of milk with a bit of coffee. (75% I order iced coffee or cold brew. This is by far the worst DD for these issues I've ever seen.) d. Employees. I don't expect to stand inside somewhere and hear, "I don't give a damn about anything outside of this store" (during a conversation about the drive-thru backing up). I then listened to the drive-thru lady argue with the customer in the drive thru for getting her order wrong.
I will not be coming back until this is fixed. Do us a favor, send each of your employees to the Munster location to spend a day there. See how a DD should run. Because, I drive out of my way 10 minutes almost daily because of all of the reasons listed above.

Read moreI started coming here, because it's literally like 3 mins away from my job. The last time I came here, I ordered a wrap with bacon. I asked for extra bacon on it, but when I got back to work, it was only the standard piece on there. I drove back to have it replaced. If it was a mistake, cool. No big deal. I came back today, and ordered the same thing. I specifically asked for extra bacon again, and the girl at the box said "extra bacon, sure, anything else?" I said nope and pulled up. Before leaving though, I checked to see if it was put on there this time, and it wasn't. I immediately asked the window attendant could I have the extra bacon on there. He took it back and asked his co worker was there any on there, and she said "no". Why no, when I asked and the order was clarified before me pulling up to the window? The guy at the window took it upon himself to add it on there (which was super appreciated) and I left. If you can't add extra to this specific item, then just say that. Don't say ok, then not give it to me, especially when I'm paying for it, or assume I'm paying for it. I have been going here for about a year I either get the wrong drink at the window or they charge me double for food when I only ask for one. Drinks taste old and like medicine no matter what you get. I don’t complain like this ever but I couldn’t not say anything today. Usually when I go I only get breakfast items on my way to work. Today I decided to get a coffee since it’s been months since I’ve gotten a drink from them. I decided to get something new I got an iced cappuccino and when I got it back there was less than half the cup of drink. I was on my way to work so I had no time to get off and ask what’s up.
