Paleteria La Monarka — Restaurant in North Township

Everytime I go to this location the workers are extremely slow. They do not greet you. If I come here its because other locations around the area are closing earlier. I went in yesterday at 7:45pm. I was in line for 20 min only to find out the credit card machine did not when the person in front of me was told by one of the employees. I left angry to go get cash, there should be a sign big enough to be seen by customers at the front of the entrance door. But no, instead it was a small little sign inside the store where it can hardly been seen. I came back at 8:15pm and didnt leave til 9pm. I order 2 banana splits with 3 extra spoonfuls of peanuts, 2 corns in a cup, 2 hot cheetos with cheese, 1 yogurt, and 1 waffle cone with the colored as sprinkles around it. When I got home ( I live 5 min away), the banana splits did not have bananas and did not have the extra peanuts ( I know its extra), the hot cheetos hardly had cheese and it was cold, the corn in the cup was cold, dry and hardly had mayo, when the lady was doing the cone, I had to correct her, because she was going to give me the wrong waffle cone. I tried calling the store at 9:21pm but it was closed and no one answered. AWFUL customer service all the time, and to top it off employees there are extremely slow since when it first opened. Employees have an attitude like if they're owed something. Maybe they shouldn't work there, because of us clients, y'all get a paycheck. Hope the owner chooses his employees wisely. I want something to be done about this matters What time can I call the store or can I go in person to speak with the owner?

Not too long ago I stopped to buy fresas con crema, I was told by an employee, that the crema used for the fresas went bad and there was none to be made. Who says this to clients? What kind of...

I went this location Saturday July 22 2017 at around 12pm . I ordered a yogurt 3 ice creams and 4 elotes. The lady was rushing us to order, take note we were the only ones in the building. She take 30 minutes to make our order because 2 people walked in after us and stopped making our stuff and made their food first, ( while their is a second older lady hiding in the kitchen) . When we got our order, my 10 year old daughters ice cream was not right, when she tasted it was peacon not cookie. When my daughter told the older lady the ice cream was wrong, the lady who gave us the ice cream screamed at my daughter that the ice cream was right and she wouldn't exchange the ice cream, so my daughter started to cry and I got up. The ladies were giving me a huge attitude so I told I was going to throw the ice cream away and I would buy another one. So the older lady snatched the ice cream from us that we had already put our saliva on and the lady put it back in the peacon container. That is just gross! I will never go to that place again, not only because there people are rude but we don't know if we are eating other...

Poor service! I went on Sunday 4/17/16 for 3 mangoñadas.... I waited an hour and 20 min! Insane! Then the employee with all the tattoos made a comment to another customer that if people didn't want to wait, they should come around the counter and help. I was mortified on the poor service. On another note, prices are not posted for customers to view nor are they accessible. They have been open way to long not to have that situated. I'm sorry but I should have listened to my friends about their horrible experiences before...
