Subway — Restaurant in North Township

As i gazed the menu of what i wanted to purchase today the lady cashier (african american) waited so patiently for me to decide, mind you there were no one else in line, she even told me to take my time. While i was trying to decide what i wanted, i also was speaking on the phone with my family so i could purchase their sandwich too. After maybe 5mins (which i stepped out of line at this time because a customer walked up) i had decided what i was going to buy so i got back in line. I purchased 3 sandwiches, while the other worker (heavy set Caucasian) woman was making my sandwich my daughter called me on the phone because she wanted some additional items on her sandwich. So i asked the worker nicely "hey can you get that turkey sandwich back because i want to add something else to it"? She grabbed the turkey sandwich which appeared to me quick and aggressive as if she was irritated and would not give me eye contact as im asking for more items. Her attitude stank! I've dealt with customers and people in general in my line of work enough to know when someone appears to be irritated. All because i wanted more vegs on my sandwich. She did not allow me to finish my order as she's wrapping up the sandwich as if i was finished. Instead of causing a scene when clearly im the customer, i decided to just pay for my items and leave quickly. I and I repeat I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! UPDATE!!! WORST SUBWAY EVER!!! Continously out of EVERYTHING! The guy that's working tonight is just straight up leaving randomly in the middle of making my sandwiches and coming back with nothing, so I have no clue what he was doing in the back. Then he kept bossing around the girl that was ACTUALLY working and helping customers by telling her she needed to clean bathrooms and pull food out and other things. They weren't very busy at all, but the girl that was working was the one actually doing most of everything. He made ONE sandwich to her 4 and a pizza! And she rung up the customers, too! And did I forget to mention that he was RUDE towards customers? He kept mumbling his words, plus we all know that it's hard to hear thru masks sometimes, but when a customer asked him to repeat whatever he had said, he had a nasty attitude and it was very clear that he made a couple customers feel some type of way and uncomfortable when he did that, kind of like he was talking down to a little kid almost. AND LASTLY, HE DIDNT WASH HIS HANDS AFTER TOUCHING AND MOVING THE GARBAGE CAN FROM PUTTING A NEW BAG IN!!! GROSS!!! Thank God the girl was there to run the store because, honestly, I don't think he could do or make it without her! Now, she was sweet and deserves a raise and praise!

This place needs some type of help they are literally the worst Subway I've ever been to sloppy as can be flies in the veggies workers are kinda slow both ways idk who hired these people my sandwich was destroyed by a pile of veggies when it got time to close the sandwich the bread just broke into pieces it was already toasted so you know how the hard bread breaks easily and he just wrapped my sandwich up and gave it to me destroyed I was afraid to ask for mayonnaise or mustard because the last customer asked for it and their sandwich had about 1/3 of the bottle squirted onto his sandwich it just did not look appetizing at all . Don't know what goes on behind the scenes there it has to be very dirty as to when the lady handle the cash she did not remove her gloves and went to make another sandwich with the same gloves on sandwich was left unattended for about 4 minutes while they tried to figure out what was going on with the register I've been to a lot of bad places this tops the three . I just don't understand how customers can continue to come here this place is unorganized they're very rude very unprofessional they don't make the sandwiches properly they're supposed to split...
