I had the pleasure of visiting Tea+Poké to pick up a couple of pairs of chopsticks for my daughter, who is absolutely enamored with them. While there, I also ordered a matcha tea with tapioca. Despite the bustling atmosphere and the restaurant being jampacked, I was content to wait patiently for nearly 25 minutes.
During my wait, a very courteous and polite gentleman, who I believe might have been the owner or store manager, approached me to inquire about my order. I explained that I was waiting for my tea and chopsticks. Although I was not pressed for time—my daughter was at the dance studio nearby—I appreciated the gentleman's concern and attentiveness.
In an exemplary display of customer service, he resolved the situation with utmost politeness and generosity, offering me an appetizer. While I had never tried their appetizers before, I have always been impressed by their seafood bowls, which are truly top-tier and amazing.
I want to commend Tea+Poké for their outstanding generosity, respect, and exceptional customer service. Such dedication to customer satisfaction is a rarity these days. Personally, I am never one to rush, and today, as I waited for my daughter to finish dance class, I was delighted to enjoy a wonderful matcha tea from this establishment.
In summary, Tea+Poké is an excellent place to dine, offering superb service and delicious food. I highly recommend this establishment and will certainly be returning. Thank you for a...
Read moreExpectations vs. reality.... I ordered this bowl thinking it comes with exactly that amount of meat (for 13 I surely would hope it did). This is my second time ordering a rice bowl from this place. Normally I get a poke bowl which gets no complaints from me except I don't understand how tofu is extra which isn't a big deal because I normally keep tofu at home as well as homemade poke sauces because of the fact that they charge nearly a dollar for less than an ounce of extra sauce. INSANE. The first time I ordered a rice bowl I figured "Maybe they were running low on supplies" and I didn't mind the meager portion. So this time I ordered extra meat. They literally gave me 4 pieces of meat for 5 dollars extra.... third picture is the "extra" image. On top of that bubble tea is called bubble tea because of the boba, so why does it cost extra for the bubble (boba) in bubble tea? It's a shame that the food is so good but if I'm gonna spend 40-55 dollars every time I go there for just two people, whether it be in person or delivery, I'd rather get my money's worth. Maybe I'll try again in a...
Read moreThe food was PHENOMENAL, but that wasn’t even close to being the best part of experience here. The family who runs this establishment deserves a heck of a lot more than 5 stars.
We came in with a group of 14 people. Not only did they take their time explaining any uncertainties we had, but also gave recommendations on how to order the items we wanted as well as recommendations for the picky eaters (kids). Everything just felt so right. Everyone was so comfortable, and it’s something that I didn’t realized until we left.
As we were leaving, someone said “that made me happy” and I couldn’t help but hold onto that comment. It really did. It made me happier than I was when we came in. You can tell that this family loves people and loves making good food. That’s what it’s all about. On top of the conversations and great customer service, the food was unreal. I had the orange chicken, and it was a 10/10. Other people LOVED their food as well.
You all made this group of 14 people very happy. I’m so glad we decided to eat here today. I can’t wait to come back again to try...
