First time coming here and honestly it couldāve been a better experience. Everyone else around me was offered water or tea from next door to which I was not offered. I was very upset about the fact that I came to the reviews to book my appointment and I chose Douglas. I received a message to confirm my appointment a day before which I did but I was not notified that Douglas was not going to be in that day or who knows for how long. I found out because my sister had an appointment with him an hour before mine and she was told he wasnāt there so she picked Peter. I then called and I told the lady I had an appointment with Douglas but Iām told heās not there⦠she verified and I said okay well why was I not notified I donāt just want a random because I donāt get my nails done I want and need this done the way I want it for a special occasion. She gave me names but the only one I wanted was Peter because I read reviews about him and he was my second choice. Come to find out I was not going to be attended by him I get attended by Nicole. She was gentle and nice at the moment I liked the nails but in reality you donāt look good good in detail while youāre there especially, when they sat her next appointment next to me. In my opinion thatās just making Nicole rush with me since that was her regular. My mother had Peter scheduled at 330pm and she was being attended by him which was great until a client took him away and they made another nail tech finish up my mom which I found disrespectful. My nails are okay they are not the best that I know Nicole couldāve done. I wish Peter actually attended me when I was told on the phone that he would. I did love how Peter left my sisters nails. The next time I come if I do, I will push for Peter to attend me and I hope my experience is much better than this last time. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in for builder gel yesterday at 11 a.m., and it was one of the most disappointing visits Iāve ever had. The tech didnāt actually build with the gel ā he just applied one thin coat, like it was regular no-chip polish. I asked for a soft, natural look, but the nails came out lumpy from both the polish and the airbrush. They looked nothing like what I asked for.
I showed the man at the front desk, and even he said he couldnāt let me leave with my nails looking like that.
I explained that I had already been there all day ā Iād gotten a pedicure first, then waited 30ā45 minutes just because no one was available to do builder gel. Still, I agreed to stay when he offered a discount for an overlay to fix the mess.
But during the overlay, every single nail burned for about 1ā2 minutes after the powder was applied. I had to blow on my hands to cool them down ā it was painful and very uncomfortable. On top of that, the tech kept complaining about how tired he was ā at least four different times ā while working on my nails.
After all that time, pain, and inconvenience, they only gave me a $10 discount. Then they tried to say I was already getting a discount for paying cash ā which made no sense, because I always pay cash so I always get that discount. How was that supposed to make up for everything I endured?
I asked to speak to the same man who acknowledged how bad the original nails looked, but was told he āwasnāt there anymore.ā They said it was the ownerās son who approved the $10 off ā but that doesnāt change how poorly this was handled.

Wow!!! Moments after my original review, Ki called me, who I assumed is the manager, he expressed his deepest apologies and wanted to rectify the issue ASAP. I went back today and had my original nail tech from the first time and my nails LOOK AMAZING. She was attentive, checked in at every steps and ensured I was satisfied before moving on. I will be returning and using the appointment option to book my favorite tech. Thank you for valuing your customers and our opinions.
Original review 4/13/2025: I usually like this place. The one young lady that sits in the back with the pink phone holder for her customers is the BEST! Donāt know her name only used her my first time. My nails were perfect and lasted nearly 4 weeks and were everything. And then I came back after BRAGGING AT EVERYONE that this place has quality products and services.
Went back on a busier day, got a different girl, her attitude was trash AND my nails are chipping on SEVERAL fingers in less than a week. She was talking to the guy sitting next to her in a different language the entire time (clearly distracted), which was different than my first experience. And they were clearly talking bad about people to include the young the guy was designing and she wanted him to remove a style she didnāt like and he got mad, started being real crass toward her.
I truly had much higher expectations. And I tried to call before writing this review. No answer no pick up. Called several times. Guess I am back on the hunt for a nail shop whoās work at least last 10 days. I mean geez. With a pedicure and tip I paid $130 š and now I have to get my nails done in LESS THAN A...
