I went to Restore Aesthetic center for a gummy smile Botox consultation, where I met Dr. Bana and was extremely satisfied with the information I got from her about my case.

She is a dentist and knew exactly what my case needed. Dr. Bana was so informative and made sure to explain the process and outcome in detail. We spent around 50 min going over photos and videos to understand what needs to be done so I can set my expectations accordingly.

Dr. Bana described exactly what I my next steps are, and referred me to an orthodontist to start my journey before doing the Botox procedure to maximize my results.

Everytime I go to check out there is always confusion about pricing and what I should be charged. It takes a while for me to get out the door even though they already know ahead of time what I should be paying. I also feel as if the team is stressed all the time which causes bad energy. I feel they are more about making there money then actually caring about helping people. I also did not like that they seem unprepared when I come in.
