Today I had time to actually get to sit and somewhat mingle and enjoy the place rather than just be in a rush to get to my next destination and I will say it was even better than the first time around. Even though this place is nicer than most upscale places in downtown Chicago it has the most down to earth patrons and owners! I started off trying a few different types of pale ales and ended up drinking a very wonderful Ciderboys Pineapple tonight. The other day it was a mimosa! I was very impressed with not only the creaminess of the s’morey polvich, but also the citrusy finish of the big sexy. I was completely in love with (it’s so hard to say it without laughing) theze nutz. It was very nutty(like the name suggests) and had a very earthy roundness. I could go on and on for days about the brew. But I am most definitely a foodie! If your not so much a drinker, they make a perfectly good house root beer that is non alcoholic to go with an array of different types of menu items. From friggin awesome tacos on Tuesday(like tonight), to the ever wonderful Cuban that was so filling I took half home with me! Everything that came out looked so dang good I wanted to try a bit of everything. With the prices being so incredibly reasonable, I probably could have. This place doesn’t have a 5 page menu, but what I’ve learned over the years is the places that do, usually make one or 2 good items and the rest are eh.... well this place isn’t one of those places. Everything they bring out with make you over eat. I don’t care what diet you are on! Then you’re gonna want to try some of your neighbors! Look I could go on and on and on about everything. The bathrooms are cleaner than most peoples homes I’ve been to. Then they are very very very sanitary! You guys know me always watching. These guys are so awesome that I took my eyes off of them and actually enjoyed myself for once!!! I have found my new spot! You guys should totally try this place out when you have a quick moment or even a nice event like a Christmas party for the office!!! You may even just see me hanging out! I put my absolute stamp of approval on this place and I don’t do that often! I would totally recommend! Cleanliness 5+ Location 5+ Prices 5+ Quality 5+ Customer service 5+++

I was craving some good drinks and good food, so I landed at this local spot with my significant other. We seated ourselves, so that was convenient. The environment was casual and pretty quiet. I ordered a WuDuYa Want Me To Do. It was an Apple Cranberry Crumble Sour and I got the 12oz for $7. I also ordered a Peel Out. This was a Pale Ale and I got the 8oz for $4. We ordered the Onion Rings and those were only $6. For my main piece, I got the Wildrose Pub Burger for $12. It was topped with cheddar cheese, red wine onion jam and horseradish aioli. I chose Fries to accompany it. The WuDuYa Want Me To Do was definitely sour, but very good! The Peel Out tasted like a classic drink. It was crispy and enjoyable. I later got another one and it was just as good. The Onion Rings were fantastic and they were even better with the “Oh” ring sauce that it came with! The Wildrose Pub Burger was the best burger I’ve ever bitten into! Everything about it tasted so right. I feel they perfected this one. The Fries were very good, too! The service was great the entire time. Our server kept up with our table profoundly. I was impressed. Overall, this was a great spot to try. I loved it and I’m glad it was local, just in case I want to pop in there again tomorrow or the next day. Date of visit: 04-Mar-2024

I will start off my saying the food in this establishment is truly amazing and they work hard to bring you the best they can to your plate. But I will also state that you should not bring your opinions to this brewery without expecting the threat of being kicked out out of here. Very unprofessional attitude when talking about customers or dealing with customers. I personally said how amazing the food was and that I return time after time for it but mention another breweries beer selection and it's a sin and gets you kicked out. I understand all businesses are for themselves but take some criticism of a repeat returning customer and listen to their opinions and think of options. Don't like your opinion, your barred....Mind you, the 2 stars is because the food is fantastic.

This is a great place to to have some outstanding beers and awesome food. Went on a whim and was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. Sam, our server, was also awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the ENTIRE beer, wine and food menu. More than willing to give a sample and knew what I'd like based on other beers I like. Also a good grasp on what beers tasted better with what food on the menu. Flights are also available. We started with a couple of samples and the wife went with a pineapple beer that she liked a lot, mostly because it tasted like a wine cooler and was on the sweet side, and she hates beer. I went with a "mix" (off menu) of Stewheat (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) a wheat beer with Stewie's (Family Guy) name sake, and the pineapple beer. It was deliciously refreshing. We shared the baked buffalo dip for an app and it was great. Not one ingredient over powered the other in the dip. It came with a toasted bread, a baguette I think, sliced on the bias and slightly seasoned along with some corn chips. For the meal we ordered the blackened blu burger and the pot roast grilled cheese sandwich. They were both delicious. Also a point I want to make is that it really is hard to find a good burger in NWI so it was so nice to find one here. Cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful. The pot roast grilled cheese was excellent. Proportioned well and the meat was very tender and the cheese just the right amount. I had an ipa stout that just added to the whole flavor of the meat. We left there quite happy and full. We will definitely be returning to try some more of...
