One of the worst Burger King locations in Southwest Pennsylvania. If you take anything away from this testimony, please DO NOT GO HERE!
My family had the unfortunate opportunity to place a mobile order for pickup with the drive thru recently. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:45 PM and entered the drive thru lane. Within 10 minutes, we realized that cars were not moving at all. We placed a couple of orders for pickup with the mobile app hoping that it would speed up our time waiting.
We waited in line, with maybe 1-2 cars moving through the lane, until approx. 9:53 PM, when two female employees exited the restaurant and began telling the cars in line behind us that they were not accepting anymore orders for the day. Some people had been waiting there with us for just as long, only to be turned away.
The employees were nonchalant and persnickety, eventually screaming explicit language at new customers who arrived at the drive thru. At one point, several employees were lurking around a black SUV in the parking lot, which may have belonged to one of the employees. We were one of two vehicles who waited until about 10:25 PM or so to receive our orders, only for no one to give us anything.
We called the corporate complaint line and requested to be able to leave without our food in exchange for a refund, which they obliged. I have never had such a dismal experience with a restaurant in my entire life and I am really disappointed this occurred at a location we have visited occasionally in the past.
We will never return to this location and if we are ever in the mood for any kind of cuisine from Burger King again, we will be visiting the location in Monroeville, which is not owned by Tom's King. We implore all potential customers of the North Versailles location to...

Read moreI gave one star because customer service seems to be lacking at this location. While the food was fresh and good to me that is not what the most important thing. I pulled up to the drive through and just sat and sat while 3 cars in front of got there food and left. I did not even get noticed or asked to wait a moment or anything. I said hello with no response so i figured their headset was maybe not work as those things happen. I decided to pull up to the window to place my order. When i got to the window i stared what happened and said i would like to place my order there. The girl at the window rudely stated "we are not allowed to take orders at the window" i was already a little irritated from all the waiting so I responded rudely by asking if that was the case howcome no one greated me at the speaker. The girl shut the window and rolled her eyes. The manager came even she ahad an attitude but took my order. I got 2 burgers and a large fry. I paid and waited longer. They handed me my food and i thanked them but not once did they apologize for not acknowledging me at any point and for my waiting. I will not ever go back to this store and I advise others not to as well. Wendy's is right accross the street so is McDonald's.
