Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in North Versailles

(NORTH VERSAILLES ) ME and my girl & kids have been coming there for a great while, most of the time food has been good we tried few different selection off the menu, some yeah some naw. We love the feast special! It's cheap fills you up for a great price. NOW I don't know if it's new " management " cant blame the workers (my perspective). Over the past few weeks of ordering food once again we ordered the feast to go! Pizza was made all messed crust was sliding down hill around the pizza ya know ... so we goes inside on anothe day to order a sit down in and eat .... same order (the feast ) chicken was not fresh pizza down hill and to top it off the MANAGER was the freaking cook okay !!!!! So he come to the table after saying he was gonna make us fresh pizza, and we tell him about the chicken he say it came out fresh I ask him TO TASTE IT HE SAID """NO"""" AND TOOK IT OFF our table !!?!! Okay he was mad... so I ask for the management. .. the waiter said that's him ????? The cook is the manager and he don't eat no food there but service people with not fresh cooked food. That speak volume right there .... must say I'm not used to this from them but I had to give them this review I'll go back to see of it was the crew members or what do ever.... bad night 6.22.17...

Never felt the need to write a review, but I gotta speak my mind on this primantis, specifically. This one NEEDS a new evening staff. my girlfriend and I are there around 7pm. Our server, Hailey, consistently got us unsweetened teas when we would ask for sweet . Hailey walked past us 3 times and did not refill our drinks. We waited for an hour for our food to go out on the counter, but Hailey was busy cleaning and reorganizing 3 tables by her self as 3 serves watched and mingled . After an additional 30 minutes ( now an hour and 1/2 waiting ) our food was brought out by someone other than Hailey . Our food was not only burnt but now cold from being on the counter. Now having our only second refill of our not requested unsweetened tea we just wanted our bill. Hailey never moved so fast to get my card. I've only not riped one other time, this would be my second. Most inconsiderate staff I've ever seen. Everyone has their bad days, but to hear two tables neighboring us having similar complaints, it's clear that it was the staff and management at fault, not just our server. Will not...

Ordered food for pickup online. Arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time. The restaurant was not full by any means, there were more empty tables than full tables.

The first two hostesses / servers that I spoke with could not find the order. A third employee asked me to pull up my receipt, which I did, and then checked with the kitchen. The order had not even been started.

Fast forward to nearly 1 hour after the order time, and about a half an hour after the scheduled pickup time. One of the kitchen staff tried to give me a pizza which was not part of the order. Shortly after that, the order was placed in the window, packaged, and I was on my way.

Why did I wait? I had just arrived back from a trip, and wanted some dinner. The cupboard was bare as I had not purchased groceries before I left for vacation.

Ordinarily, I would have been out of there but I was at the mercy of a day of travel and a poorly run restaurant.
