Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in North Versailles

I went there last night got me a chicken tender meal ask for homemade ranch it was about 815 to 8:30 PM. The owner was on the clock working in there as well as the manager. I came back to the window and told him there was no homemade ranch in the bag he said I know I put a homemade ranch in the bag. I went back to my car and looked. There was no homemade ranch in the bag came back to the window and he said I know I put it in there wanted to argue then I turned around and said I need a home a ranch give it to me and I’ll pay for it. He rang me up for $.72 or $.74 and then turn around and said I remember you this happened before I said, my son has been dead 10 years and I swear on my son, this is never happened to me here before, and I always come to this dairy queen because of the good service hot foods when you come in the drive-through, he began to say he remembers me very rude, not good business after that over a $.72 or 74 Ranch and I am a steady customer there as well is my other family members then I called today and spoke to the manager. She said she looked on the camera and he put it in the bag. There was no ranch in that bag. Why would I lie and I even told them I don’t need no free meal the way he acted over a ranch and then the camera to find out. He’s the owner of the place bad business bad personality at the end that business so for a perfect smile he had when I was in the drive-through to come in telling him he didn’t give me a ranch his whole personality changed that business, especially to be a owner of...

Second time I've been to this DQ and been treated poorly by a nasty lady who tells me over and over she is the owner. So I guess if you own a business it is acceptable to treat your customers poorly !!!! The ice cream would have been fine if she would not have interrupted the nice young Lady taking our order and embarrassing her by yelling at her when she was doing a wonderful job. Then proceeded to yell at my daughter , my two grandchildren, and myself because we wanted extra candy on the side of the order of blizzards and a sundae and a parfait! She was so rude and expected us to know you can only get Candy on the side of a blizzard. We had gotten this at other locations also. So rude and I told her so! This is the second time this Lady was rude to me and the last time was last year and she also yelled at me and told me she was right about everything because she was the owner!!! Well owner , you lost my families business and it sounded like the man behind me was not happy either! I don't care what you own, that doesn't give you a license to treat...

I’m very impressed with this location. I know a lot of places barely work out in north Versailles. But this place is killing it! It does take a little time to get your food after ordering but that’s because everything is made to order. If you don’t like to wait for your food, make toast at home if you want it your way. But the flame thrower burger and the bbq tenders are soooo good. Every time I have a order a little complicated, they always got it right. This location is doing something right. I will only choose this Dairy Queen. I mean it!! Stay sharp!! And keep it...
